The KBK team did it all, basically a total remodel of our condominium. Walls removed, new entrance, new kitchen and two new bathrooms. New lighting throughout. The guidance and suggestions from Augustin and his Team on the project, from design to purchases, were all absolutely spot on. I recently purchased a serious fixer upper in Laguna Woods for my parents- gutted the master bath, re-did the 2nd bath, gutted and rearranged the kitchen along with several other things. I had heard nothing but horror stories from friends who had worked with contractors, but I have to say, Augustin and his crew at KBKoncept were a simple pleasure. They were polite, hardworking and skilled. I had never done such a large scale remodel and Augustin was patient and helpful. I kept throwing extra stuff at him as the project went on and even with all the extra stuff, our house was completed pretty much when he promised. When does that ever happen! Augustin did his best to find the lowest costs in the material and even beat the bids I had gotten directly from windows which I thought I would be able to do cheaper without going through Augustin. We have used this company for several remodeling or repair jobs. They have installed laminate, done interior drywall repair, interior painting of walls and cabinets, remodeled our master and guest bathrooms, installed recessed lighting, rerouted some pipe after a slab leak, and probably a few more things I'm forgetting. We met and got quotes from about 6 or 7 contractors before beginning our first remodeling job. Augustin's quotes were very reasonable, and we felt he would be easy to work with (honest and pleasant). We were very glad we chose him. He is a very nice guy, and carefully supervises the work that is done. The workers have also been pleasant and professional. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and the jobs were always completed on time. We were very pleased with how our first renovation went (laminate installation, and a guest bathroom renovation), so we called them back for another job a year later (master bath renovation). Again, it went very well. We have found Augustin to be super helpful when we have had sudden problems too (like a slab leak), and he was able to respond quickly.
