As soon as Greg (owner) answered the phone, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He talked to me like he actually cared about my challenge. After my brief conversation with Greg I decided to schedule an appointment for his technicians to come out. Today, the technicians arrived 15 minutes early which is great because it shows the company has accountability. Right away I noticed they were very respectful the way they talked to me and how they carried themselves in the home. These gentlemen are true diplomats for their company. They seamlessly navigated through the obstacles of configuring the satellites and cameras. Special credit goes to Charlie, he was the man in charge and humbly explained what I needed to do to accomplish my goals for this project. It's not everyday that I find a good company, so when I do I like to give acknowledgement of their actions. There was no attempt to understand the situation--just immediate hostility directed at a child. This was not just poor conduct--it felt like clear discrimination against a disability. My child was treated with a complete lack of respect and basic human decency. If your officers are not properly trained to interact respectfully with individuals with special needs, they should not be placed in public-facing roles. This situation reflects very poorly on your company's standards and training. I expect this to be taken seriously, addressed internally, and for proper training to be implemented so no other family has to go through this.
