After 8 visits with family, friends, and coworkers, we've repeatedly experienced the same unacceptable service from two particular servers (with the exception of our very first visit). They would ignore us even after making eye contact when we tried to get their attention, often choosing to stand around chatting and laughing with other servers instead. On multiple occasions, we had to get up and ask another server for help, only for our actual server to eventually rush over with an attitude, questioning why we asked someone else. We initially loved this place and tipped generously, but after repeatedly experiencing the same treatment, we eventually stopped coming altogether. It's unfortunate because the food really can be fantastic, but poor service can completely ruin an otherwise great dining experience. We've since found much better consistency at 88Q, where the food AND service deliver. I'd consider giving Thirsty Cow another chance if the service improves, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it based on our experiences.

I called and spoke to Miguel and Polita, the manager, this afternoon at HC. Not only was Polita incredibly gracious and apologetic, she and Miguel made good and bagged up my protein for tonight - with a few extras to make me smile through the pain. When I showed up with my walker - they were all smiles, love and gratitude to help someone in need. And, peeps, the grub was awesome. Probably 'cuz of all the love. There was nothing posted about not being able to eat in the dining room after 830PM. This is a very bad business practice and the owner should talk to their employees about turning away guests. This review represents our experience trying to get a meal at Holy Cow, not on the food because we never had the opportunity to eat there. By the way there were several table occupied by guests eating. Very frustrating!!
