We paid them to set up a functioning shopping cart. after about a year and a half I started receiving phone calls from my customers stating that my website wasn't allowing them to access their shopping cart. I contacted the owner and he said he could fix it for $500. He said it stopped working because it needed to be updated, either I would have to pay out of pocket, or I could sign up for their monthly maintenance plans. Should have told us that in the beginning! So yeah, he was basically holding my site hostage and demanding ransom. I told him I would call him back. After I contacted him all of a sudden our whole website went down. Customers couldn't see anything at all. So disappointing. Also their SEO is a joke. I ranked better when I made my own site on 3D cart. Their $1500/month is a complete waste! Total scam :( read more
