I first contacted this company thru Yelp because my build in camera on my laptop wasn't working I tried multiple YouTube's and trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. The reply was quick and easy. They were able to look at it the same day and got it fixed within a few hours! Can't thank you enough for saving my nursing career!! Highly recommend them !! I'm sorry I forgot the name of the guy who worked on my laptop thank you very much!! read more

HUGE WARNING I paid $510 after they told me my motherboard was the only issue. They charged $245 for the motherboard part alone, even though this exact board normally sells for around $130-$150. I trusted them anyway because I just needed my PC fixed. I picked it up, brought it home... and the PC was STILL completely dead. Only after I complained did they suddenly mention the GPU, something they never told me before charging me and replacing the motherboard. So I ended up with an overpriced motherboard replacement a $510 bill and a PC that still doesn't work Avoid this place at all costs. I would never bring a computer here again. Edit: responds I appreciate your response, but my review reflects exactly what happened from my side as a customer. When I first brought in my PC, the diagnostic you provided only mentioned the motherboard failure. There was no mention at all that the GPU might also be defective, and nothing in the invoice or estimate said the repair might still leave the system non-functional. If the GPU issue had been identified or even suggested during the diagnostic, I would not have approved or paid for a partial repair. I paid based on the information you gave me at the time, which stated the motherboard replacement and validation testing would return my PC to working condition. The GPU was only brought up after I paid, picked up the device, and found out at home that the PC still didn't work. That means the original diagnostics were incomplete, and I was charged for a repair that did not resolve the problem you told me it would fix. You did offer to re-check it later, but that doesn't change that the work I paid for did not result in a working PC, and the additional hardware issue wasn't disclosed until after the fact. My review is just based on my experience and what I was told during the repair process. I'm not trying to be harsh, just sharing things from my perspective as a customer. read more

I highly recommend this business. I had just come out of the Apple Store from the Genius Bar where they refused to fix my phone and wanted to just give me a new one. I only needed the data from the phone. I called around and that's how I found Supreme tech. They're conveniently 5 minutes away from the Victoria Gardens Apple Store and have decent prices for repairs. Was worth the money and they went above and beyond when I couldn't stay and wait for my iPhone to backup my precious photos to the ICloud move they brought it back from the dead. I was able to pick it up next day with little trouble and convenience. Please give them a try! read more

Ben provided great customer service. I took my dead, water damaged iPhone 8 Plus for service on a Sunday. He was able to repair it quickly while I waited less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. I went back a couple days later for problems I forgot to mention I had before the water damage. He needed to order parts, which arrived quickly and he kept me updated on the status. Another quick and reasonably priced repair. Ben is very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Took my old iPhone 6 there to have the screen replaced. I was expecting someone to call me with an estimated cost prior to doing the repair as I was not sure I wanted to spend the money to repair such an old phone. A few days later I received a text saying the phone was ready. Fortunately the cost was only $85.00 which I was Okay with. Other than that it was Okay. read more

Yelp request was sent, i gave the specific phone model, confirmed i would be coming in that day, get to the location and was told the screen they had was not compatible and would have to be ordered and not in until tuesday. This was on a saturday. As a business you should know what your inventory and what screens will work with what phones. Wasted my time by not saying what we have won't work. read more
