Quick to respond to emails and phone calls and showed up as scheduled. -Friendly. Blake and his assistant were easy going and welcoming. -Cleaned all the screens and windows. -Power wash. Did a great job power washing the sides of my home. What could have gone better: -Window tracks. The first window tracks cleaned were done well but as they proceeded from the first floor to the second they went from well, to ok, to bad. One window track wasn't done at all. I had to go back and clean many tracks myself. -Damages. They broke my hose sprayer and neglected to tell me. Unknown factors: -Level of filth. I just bought the house and the previous owners never cleaned the tracks. Perhaps the amount of cleaning that the windows needed was too big of a job for a two man crew. It took Blake and his assistant an hour and a half longer to do the job than they expected. Perhaps those factors contributed to the latter half of the work being done poorly. Blake gave me an over the phone estimate which made it impossible for him to see the extent of the necessary cleaning. However, that is part of the risk when agreeing to do over the phone estimates and I feel that the job should have been done correctly or he should have at least informed me that the job was done inadequately because it surpassed their service time.
