The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. Just trust Home Inspection experts. They got you covered. I recommend this company 100%.

Nowadays, many inspectors rely on drones to inspect roofs and rooftop HVAC units, which can sometimes make it difficult to feel confident that everything has been properly checked. Steven, however, personally climbed up to the two-story roof and carefully inspected every corner. His attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive. He also speaks multiple languages, including Mandarin, which made me feel especially comfortable and welcomed. It was such a warm and wonderful experience! If I purchase any property in the future, Steven will definitely be my first choice for an inspector. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and dedicated inspector. Thank you, Steven, for your outstanding service!

I spoke with Blake over the phone about a quote and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he would look at and look for during the inspection. He took the time to explain to me what services were going to be provided. He asked some general information and was able to provide a quote promptly. His charge for his services are extremely reasonable. During the inspection he was explaining different things he saw and explaining certain codes and regulations and how certain things were supposed to be done a correct way but were not and whether they would be easy fixes. Blake is such a genuine and nice guy and getting him to do our home inspection was one of the best investments and decisions you could make when purchasing a home. I absolutely 100% recommend going with Blake for your home inspection needs. The quality of service is UNMATCHED. I obtained quotes from other companies and was quoted twice the price and they were not close to being as helpful and nice as Blake. The bones of the house looked solid but there were cosmetic things we know needed to be addressed. To find out more during escrow, we hired Diamond Property Inspections after talking to a few home inspectors and getting quotes. Their initial response was professional and knowledgeable. They were not the cheapest but their initial contact was the best and they met my schedule. He worked for 3.5 hours as he painstakingly took the time to assess the homes conditions. I was there and walked around the house separately. He caught the things I saw and a bunch of stuff I didn't. Late that evening he emailed his final report. His report was thorough and illustrated there were other stuff that we had to be concerned about including an aged HVAC. We submitted a request for repair credit which the seller tried to negotiate down but we did not accept it and walked away from the home. An offer was placed on a different home that looks more solid and I will definitely utilize Diamond to take a look at that home before we complete transaction. Highly recommended!
