Nowadays, many inspectors rely on drones to inspect roofs and rooftop HVAC units, which can sometimes make it difficult to feel confident that everything has been properly checked. Steven, however, personally climbed up to the two-story roof and carefully inspected every corner. His attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive. He also speaks multiple languages, including Mandarin, which made me feel especially comfortable and welcomed. It was such a warm and wonderful experience! If I purchase any property in the future, Steven will definitely be my first choice for an inspector. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and dedicated inspector. Thank you, Steven, for your outstanding service!

I was not in a hurry, but he emailed all the documents to me promptly. Most importantly, he did not try to convince me to inspect the popcorn ceilings in every room. Don't rush to do things and explain things if I have questions. They make sure to take care of any spider webs in the crevices, even the kids playground. I appreciate them for being so thorough. Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. So far over 5 years with Procraft and I would not switch. Just added monthly service for the summer months. Good pricing in my opinion, matches every sales person and I rather stay loyal to them since they've been great all these years.

I opted for an annual service contract as it is priced very reasonably. ProCraft sent out Brandon the same day and he treated my entire property including my attic, basement, garage and rental unit. They treated me like I am an important priority, and I really appreciate it.

I hired Pillar to Post expecting a thorough home inspection, but their 34-page report barely…read morescratched the surface. A previous inspection report done on this exact home was 153 pages and caught severe safety, electrical, and mechanical defects that Pillar to Post completely glossed over or missed entirely.  Among the major "big ticket" items and safety hazards they failed to report:  HVAC & Fire Hazards: Missed that the rooftop AC unit lacks an exterior electrical disconnect box, ignored an improper flexible gas line running inside the furnace body, and failed to flag that the dryer vents directly into the crawlspace with flexible tubing (a serious fire hazard).  Roofing & Ducting: Ignored damaged and sagging attic ductwork, as well as a disconnected vent pipe in the attic routed next to gas lines.  Plumbing & Electrical: Missed an unnoted flexible drain pipe under the bathroom sink, holes in the drywall under sinks, missing soffit vent screens, and exposed Romex wiring in the garage.  A home inspection is supposed to protect buyers from costly surprises and safety hazards. Passing over serious electrical, HVAC, and fire risks in a brief 34-page summary is unacceptable. I strongly advise buyers to look for a far more diligent inspector.

He was really friendly and professional, took his time to really inspect everything and explain his findings. The inspection report was detailed and came with 360 photos. All his reports are same day and communication is great. Also he has reasonable and competitive prices with a variety of options and packages you can choose from. He offers much more than your standard home inspector so you can feel confident knowing you have everything you need covered I will be using him for all inspections going forward. 10/10 recommend!

Tyler was willing to work within our time constraints and provided us with the information over the phone that we needed to make an informed decision on what inspection company to hire. After his inspection, he patiently took as much time as needed to walk through and to explain many of his findings that later he put in detail in his report. He thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns with the property and made sure we had them all addressed before he left. We came away not only with a quality home inspection at a fair price but also with recommendations to confidently go forward in making improvements to the structure and systems in our home to be up-to-date and safe. His report came within hours of the inspection and easy to understand. His efficient report contained photos of each item to be corrected which has been so helpful to identify each area needing attention throughout the renovation of our property. Thank you Tyler!

The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection.
