We are buying a new home and Kevin was the inspector that we selected. The wife and I couldn't be happier with the service. Kevin was extremely thorough and explained any and all issues in depth. Not to mention he makes fantastic company! We basically only had a minor few questions to ask as his synopsis covers all of the information and he is able to present the facts in Layman's terms. He also makes himself available by phone, text or video chat if there are any questions down the road. The fact that he provides this extra service at no cost is fantastic as questions will be sure to arise after buying a new property. 5 star quality service! Thank you Kevin! read more

Supper thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and easy to work with. I would not hire anyone else. I highly, highly recommend.

We hired Kevin to do an inspection of the Lake Arrowhead cabin/property we are buying. Our realtor tried to tell us we should only use an inspector who "knew" the unique elements of Lake Arrowhead living. I'm so glad we didn't listen and had Kevin do our inspection instead. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable about any and every house feature, including unique cabin and vacation rental properties. We are buying an a-frame property and he honestly knew more about the house and house elements than the realtors and the sellers combined. Ha! His inspection report was incredibly thorough and he took extra time to talk with us about his findings and potential concerns. He also has amazing modern tools like a drone he flies to get aerial inspection pictures of your roof and chimney! Amazing! In a world where everybody is looking to make money off of you and integrity is fleeting, Quest Property Inspections and Kevin are a breath of fresh air. He is a guy of integrity, honesty, and extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything home related. He is worth every single penny! He will find potential things that other home inspectors will undoubtably miss, and will save you tons of money in the long run. I know for a FACT what we're getting into buying this property...nothing will be a surprise! Hire Kevin and Quest Property Inspections, you will not regret it! He's the absolute best! read more
