Inspection started in the kitchen -(husband +daughter). (Inspector wife) was working on my roof. Don't recall their name but anyways sometime has passed and out of no where my husband hears the inspector mention something about a leak under our sink,(did not let us know )so my husband gets up and goes to the kitchen.my husband ask is everything ok? Then the inspector guy says "you have a leak and I thought, it was going to stop by now "so then I heard that then I go and immediately hear/see water coming down under the sink cabinet with nothing underneath just water hitting the bottom cabinet, I quickly gave him a pot and towel. My husband and I were surprised since we never experience a leak before , the inspector mention that it started leaking due to him checking the dishwasher,I told him well I haven't use the dishwasher. And he mention he carries a cam on him due to reasons like that. Which I have not seen that recording yet, we just find it odd that their was no issues before then. My husband and I did not like how the inspector handle that, he should have notify us immediately. They did a thorough inspection as if it was a brand new house , I thought to myself wow seems like an investigation looking from the soil to the roof, an entire 360 all around. TBH somethings are insignificant , it took about 3 hours, they started talking to the realtor outside my front yard. Afterwards we did hear the wife say bye to us. Im only saying this because due to my house being older/If you have an older home and your trying to sale I don't recommend.thats just my opinion.

The gold standard for home inspection! Cameron goes above and beyond! We were so impressed with how…read morethorough his inspection was. I did a lot of shopping around and comparing. I inquired with family, friends, and was given a recommendation for someone else from the real estate office for good inspectors but after some heavy-duty research, we made the easy decision to choose USA Property Inspection. The service was performed exactly as described and then some. He is 1 of 2 inspectors in the area that offer partial solar panel inspection, but the only one without crazy ad-on fees. He is prompt, easy to communicate with, very personable, clean, and does not miss anything! Not only is the pricing extremely reasonable and competitive, but just a few hours after completion, we had an 83-page report with a table of contents and photos, It was very clear, concise, easy to follow and comprehend. He noted the good, the bad, and the ugly. This house is new construction and there were so many things that aren't simple fixes that could become huge problems for us even months into owning the property. As an example, the framework of this house made for crooked doorways and leaning walls. We were shocked we hadn't noticed it before as it is so noticeable in photos! As first time homeowners, we understand that no house may be 100% percent perfect, but things should at least start off on a high note. He made it very clear that things can be fixed and made sure that we understand this is for information only and how we proceed is obviously our decision. He did not try to sway us either way. Now, we had all we needed so that we could truly make an informed decision. With things this bad, working within a 17-day contingency window, and the huge possibility that our lender wouldn't even fund the loan, we ultimately decided to withdraw from escrow and are completely content with that choice. We still have time to get our EMD back too. We know that Cameron saved us from making a huge mistake that you can't simply walk away from. I read so many reviews left for other inspection companies where home buyers ended up with a property that hosted a myriad of issues that should've been caught during inspections and I knew I had to try to go with the best and that is USA Property Inspection! I will tell everyone about this business. I have already given his card to our realtor to spread the word. We are forever grateful and will definitely be using Cameron's services for our forever home!
