I have bought and sold many homes over the years and as part of the process have always had home inspections performed. Armin is by far the best home inspector in every sense: Punctual, polite, professional, patient and extremely thorough. Prior to beginning his inspection, Armin met with us (buyers) and carefully explained the process: everything he would be doing - and what he would not be doing - in the course of the inspection. He then proceeded to inspect, examine and evaluate the entire property - inside and out, top (roof and attic) to bottom. Though for the most part we tried to keep out of his way and let him do his thing, he did take the time to point out certain things during the process to make us aware, and he also patiently answered questions we had about things we ourselves had seen. To say he was thorough is really an understatement. He did not rush through any part of the inspection and wound up spending a great deal more time than he had anticipated - never mentioning or complaining about having had to do so. Following the lengthy inspection, Amin took additional time to go over his findings, including sharing the many photos he had taken - to explain in great detail what we would be getting in his inspection report to follow. He told us - and in many cases walked us through the house to show us - what he found that needed to be addressed and how he felt those issues needed to be taken care of. He patiently answered all of the (many) additional questions and concerns we had. The evening after the inspection, we were surprised to receive Armin's written detailed report so quickly - color coded to prioritize which issues he found were more important than others in terms of what he felt should be taken care of. His photos included not only what he found on the house itself, but in many cases what things should look like if they were correct. All told, Armin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We felt we were dealing with someone who was knowledgable, honest and looking out for our best interests and we found his fees to be reasonable. It is without hesitation the I highly recommend Armin to anyone who is looking to have as positive a home inspection experience as we were fortunate to have with him. If it were possible to give him more than five stars, I would.

I inquired with family, friends, and was given a recommendation for someone else from the real estate office for good inspectors but after some heavy-duty research, we made the easy decision to choose USA Property Inspection. The service was performed exactly as described and then some. He is 1 of 2 inspectors in the area that offer partial solar panel inspection, but the only one without crazy ad-on fees. He is prompt, easy to communicate with, very personable, clean, and does not miss anything! Not only is the pricing extremely reasonable and competitive, but just a few hours after completion, we had an 83-page report with a table of contents and photos, It was very clear, concise, easy to follow and comprehend. He noted the good, the bad, and the ugly. This house is new construction and there were so many things that aren't simple fixes that could become huge problems for us even months into owning the property. As an example, the framework of this house made for crooked doorways and leaning walls. We were shocked we hadn't noticed it before as it is so noticeable in photos! As first time homeowners, we understand that no house may be 100% percent perfect, but things should at least start off on a high note. He made it very clear that things can be fixed and made sure that we understand this is for information only and how we proceed is obviously our decision. He did not try to sway us either way. Now, we had all we needed so that we could truly make an informed decision. With things this bad, working within a 17-day contingency window, and the huge possibility that our lender wouldn't even fund the loan, we ultimately decided to withdraw from escrow and are completely content with that choice. We still have time to get our EMD back too. We know that Cameron saved us from making a huge mistake that you can't simply walk away from. I read so many reviews left for other inspection companies where home buyers ended up with a property that hosted a myriad of issues that should've been caught during inspections and I knew I had to try to go with the best and that is USA Property Inspection! I will tell everyone about this business. I have already given his card to our realtor to spread the word. We are forever grateful and will definitely be using Cameron's services for our forever home!

They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. Ok so I left a 3 star review after 1) the "K" in the K&M presented me with a $950 bill to replace a…read moreceiling fan (20 mins), replace the front screen door (now disassembling on its hinges because of the shoddy install, which the pics show, mounted a 32" flat screen on a wall mount and rearranged a few bits of simple furniture. I ASKED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ESTIMATE and all "K" kept saying was "you will be very happy with the price I promise." I was a widow all of 2 months and disabled and they knew this but took advantage anyway. Yesterday I sent "K" pics showing the front door (no exterior handle, mind you, and just a hook lock!) and asked him to replace the crap door his people chose and installed improperly and gave them 2 weeks to right their (they didnt even measure the door!) and he did not reply so this company of cowboys do NOT back their work. Photos showing ALL the problems with his work will follow. UNLICENSED AS WELL except for the "M" in the company who is supposedly a 'master electrician'. Being personable is never a substitute for solid work. RUN!!!
