They also opened up two doorways between our living room and dining room which gave a much more open floorplan vibe to the house, and allowed us to take better advantage of our great views. They updated a window in our primary bedroom and put a half lite door in a guest bedroom -- both of which let in much more light and access to the views. Dan is savvy about building and trustworthy. They say there are 3 variables to consider when getting work done, and you can choose two of them. Good, Fast, or Cheap. Mountain View Builders were good and fast, and you get what you pay for. But thanks to Chris' experience, the solutions he came up with didn't break the bank and got us the end result we wanted.
