They updated a window in our primary bedroom and put a half lite door in a guest bedroom -- both of which let in much more light and access to the views. Dan is savvy about building and trustworthy. Junior and Tony do solid work, they're personable and respectful. Overall we're very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable. He poured retaining walls, shored up structural beams, and poured the concrete floor. They did a fabulous job. The build up now looks like a finished room. The concrete is so smooth and flawless. He was always checking on the site to make sure things were running smooth and always available for questions. He kept me in the loop of each step of the process, which I really appreciated.
