I initially tried to show mike the problem but of course it wasnt happening during his testing. He said hed take a look and quoted me an estimate based on what he thought the problem was and said it would take a few days. I did not know it at the time but the pump had failed leading to my CPU (i9 12900k) redline for the subsequent 4 months - by the time it was May, my computer would regularly screen tear during VR, crash during games, and I was at my wit's end. I tried everything on my own until I followed up with Jose at APlus Tech Labs. He identified the issue, offered up upgrade my CPU and replace it with a new AIO Cooling system. I was very happy with the price and lead time. I wound up bringing Jose my 2nd PC as well! For this 2nd PC, the PSU or the Motherboard had gotten fried so we had both replaced in a matter of days. I really appreciate the communication and he was even able to meet me afterhours as I was unable to come during regular business hours while I had a deadline to meet to get this 2nd PC set up at home. Thank you, Jose. Appreciate what you do!~

I reached out to Sam, and he first tried to help me over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, I scheduled an in-home visit. He came by the very next day at a time that worked for me and spent about three hours working on my gaming laptop. He found that the hard drive had failed and replaced it with a new one. I felt the price was very fair, especially since there were no markups on the part. Sam was friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They've now helped us with our security cameras, key card access for our doors, Wi-Fi, speakers throughout the house, and so much more. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure everything is done right, but what we appreciate most is how easy they are to work with. Chris and Jon are SO responsive. Anytime we text them with a question or need something added or adjusted, they get back to us right away. They're also always willing to work us into their schedule, even when we know how busy they are. Going through a full home renovation, we've worked with a lot of different companies, and you really start to appreciate the people who communicate, show up, and do what they say they're going to do. Chris and Jon are definitely those people. They've become our go-to guys for anything IT/tech related, both for our business and now our home. We completely trust their recommendations and their work, and on top of all of that, they're just genuinely great guys to have around. We'll continue recommending WinC Services to anyone looking for this type of work. Thank you Chris & Jon & the entire team for always taking such good care of us!!

Let's start with the positives, which is how quick Earl is at responding to requests. But that's…read moreabout the only nice thing I can say here because I have very strong suspicions that I was almost taken advantage of when I saw the cost estimate. I was quoted an estimated $540.66 to upgrade my laptop's RAM and SSD. While I am fully aware that computer part prices have skyrocketed because of AI, charging $179 for a stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM and $176.66 for a 512GB SSD is pretty extreme. The only thing that is reasonable is the labor fees since a Micro Center store would charge about the same for a RAM upgrade and changing out an SSD. However, the cost estimate costing more than what my device costs seems predatory. I would have just bought a new computer for $540. I took my device to another shop called Wizfix Computers to get another quote, and the owner of WizFix said that $540 for the same upgrades is a gross overcharge. I was only charged $345 at WizFix ($225 for the same parts plus tax, $120 for labor). And as a bonus, the OS was upgraded to Windows 11. Device has been running well after the upgrades. I would have been overcharged nearly $200 if I chose Ross Tech. Trying to take advantage of someone like this to make extra money is very unethical and bad business.

I don't owe you my identity but I will share my very lackluster experience. It seems like the futuristic AI dude is only in pictures and their responses. Do better. I entered this place expecting a futuristic cyborg dude and a spacious, clean establishment that seemed new-age and modern. Instead, I got a dinky, low quality storefront that had inflated & price gouged prices and pretty subpar rates for estimates. I'm not sure why they're using those images if they don't accurately reflect the business; I would urge others to look elsewhere as this business is disingenuous with their practices.
