Don't go here! It's a SCAM!! They put a wrong screen on my phone causing big issues!!! Ok we had a iPhone 16 pro max crack front screen to repair. At first over the phone they told me they have two option $180 and $240. When we got there, the man told me only $240 available. Alright, just go with $240 then. After they put the new screen, it feels lagging and just something not right but you can't tell. They explained it is not Apple Original so it won't be the same. After one night, you can tell the phone is not right. Color issues, touching issue....etc We went to Apple Store and figure out they put a iPhone 16 Pro screen on our Pro Max. We called this place they told me I can bring it back to refund the money. The thing is I repaired in Apple already and Apple won't give you the old part back. So we didn't come back. I was about to give 1 star. They told me over the phone can do the refund so I added to 2 stars.(even I didn't return back) Overall, it is consider a failed job. I hope they can see this review. When I called to complaint I did not go a hard approach and spoke to them in a soft tone. read more

I made a wrong decision to replace my iphone 11 battery at this store on last week. It's a long story though.... I found out that my phone battery health was only 75% maximum capacity so I checked the pricing on yelp and they respond quickly for $60 to replace a battery within 30 minutes. I didn't ask Apple store or Best Buy (Apple Authorized service provider) because I thought they will be more time consuming and hard to schedule so I didn't bother to ask them. Anyhow, I was told that the battery came from after market, I think no big deal as long as its working fine. My bad. I dropped off the phone and waited about 30 mins to get my phone back. After I picked up my phone, I checked the battery performance but it won't show the battery percentage and it also pops up notification that it's not genuine battery. I was told that this message will be gone about a week or so. Ok, so I got back home to charge my phone but no response at all, it shows charging but it won't show how many battery percentage on it and the phone battery was showing red (almost out of battery). I went back to the store again, another guy helped me to check the battery. He said that this is a high quality after market battery (honestly, i only know genuine battery is high quality, I'm not sure any high quality after market battery) I sat there for a while and he said may be this is a defective battery so he kept trying on different ones but it was not successful. I asked him to put back my original battery to my phone and also asked for my refund back. My phone got back to normal but the battery health was showing 81% instead of 75%. He said my phone is weird only works on the genuine battery. (my phone does not have any problems besides the battery issue) OK, few days later (on this Tuesday), my phone has "battery" problem again, and the battery dropped to no percentage and it also pops up notification that it's not genuine battery. oh my God! I called Best Buy to scheule an appointment A.S.A.P. and I paid only $69+tax for it. I told them the whole story. I still haven't got my phone back from Best Buy since 2 days ago and I hope it does not have any other problems due to the after market battery. I'm not sure those people messed up my phone. I've learnt a lesson, if you want hassle free, just go to the authorized service provider or Apple store to replace your genuine battery instead. Hopefully I will get back my phone today or by this weekend. Phew. (glad I have my old iphone as for backup and I took out the sim card from my iphone 11) read more

Honestly they have good customer service the ppl were nice however... I paid 260 for a screen that's so dark you can't even see it in light glitching turning on and off every day. then I went back in after two days to exchange it. they gave me the option of yes brighter but quality even worse screen that turns pink and on and off every 5 seconds or this dark one they originally put. They said it's a low quality screen which I understand but it's literally a broken screen still it glitches and I can't even use my phone in the sun... for $260 for this quality is horrible. The screen is basically broken just in a different way. I felt it was a big rip off. They could've offered something at least that doesn't glitch and bright. They did say I can pay another 360 to get a better screen but I doubt it would be even better. read more
