I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever had with repair service and definitely making this my new go to place for any repairs.
