I brought in my daughter's Apple MACBOOK Pro for repair last Sunday since it turned on and off immediately within a few minutes. Luckily the shop was open and I dropped it off with Steve, the young man who worked there and also answered the phone when I called. I called back an hour later to check if he could fix it. To my surprise, he honestly told me to bring it to the Apple Store since there could be something wrong with its mother board and he could not do it. He did not charge me anything regardless of the time spent to open and try to figure it out. He also took a picture to show me he cleaned up the dust inside the laptop. THIS PLACE IS A SCAMM!!!!! BEWARE! got my phone stolen at a festival && ended up here. They claim they don't buy used phones but have a sign outside their shop stating otherwise. Don't go here. I am currently in conversation with the sheriffs department for help with this situation so please stay away. This place is a scam and so is the reviews. My mom came to this location because of the good reviews. She came by on Sunday, paid them the $50 downpayment to order for the cracked front screen. The next day she dropped off the phone and paid $290 (include the downpayment). Hours later, they return it back to us with the back damage. They then had the audacity to scam my mom more money to fixed the back. Currently, I'm standing here waiting while I'm typing this review. After speaking with the manager, they admitted it was their fault, during the heating process of taking the screen off. The manage stated that they can issue use a full refund if they take off the screen and replace it back with the old broken one. Prior to speaking with the manager the sales guy said he will pay us back the amount Samsung charges for the back repair. We do not want them to touch the phone anymore, yet they still continuously lied to us. Edit: In response to the reply, this is not what you guys first offer us. Your sale guy asked my mom to pay for the back panel but the service is free. They wanted to charge her $30 for the panel. A $30 unknown off brand. read more

Got my phone screen fixed here a month ago for 180 dollars plus tax Two weeks later my coworker dropped my phone on accident maybe like 3 and a half feet onto the floor and it cracked again to the point where I couldn't even see my screen at all anymore. I didn't see what happened so I figured maybe it was a hard fall so I went to get my screen fixed again here this week for another 150 dollars plus tax because they gave me a discount for coming in with my receipt from the first time. But just two days after I got it fixed again for the second time, my phone fell less than a feet from my car seat to the plastic part of the car in between the driver and passenger side and it cracked again. Honestly not sure what kind of screen they're replacing my original screen with, but I don't understand how a drop like that can crack my screen and not damage the screen protectors they installed both times what so ever.. I feel like it was such a waste of money coming here because the original screen that came with the phone was never like that. The employees are great. I just don't get how dropping my phone a foot can completely shatter my replacement screen to this degree. And i went to Nu Screen Repair after, they just charge me a really low price for fixing my laptop. It is not a hard work for professional people, just clean the liquid under the keyboard. I paid $190 and then $150 again for the screen and it broke again, this screen breaks worse than the original condition my screen was in. Not even a foot drop and the screen shattered. When I went back to pick up my iPad, the clerk told me that I will need to pay $30 extra to set it back to factory otherwise it will not work. I refused to pay extra $30 so I told him I will set it back to factory myself. Then when I got home, it worked without having to set it back to factory. What a scammer ! Scammers, don't trust their positive reviews. It's fake. Walked in to the store to just repair the front screen. After received the phone back, we noticed that they damange my mother's back panel of the phone and have the audacity to ask us to dismount the front screen for a full refund. Never even offer to fix the back panel even tho he admitted at fault. Spoke with the manager over the phone as the sales guy can not make any decisions. No help at all. Rude and wishy washy. Very sketchy. Prior to speaking with the manager, the sales guy did promise to pay the amount that "Samsung" website quoted for the back panel. Which is $99 not including shipping. Later after speaking with his manager or "approval" He then changed his mind and said we can get a full refund when he takes back the installed screen.
