I can't say enough for Mo and his shop. My old iPhone 6s had a dying battery (was at 70-something % capacity) and a cracked screen. I needed to get it fixed early in the morning on a Wednesday. Google says that the shop is open at 9AM, so I hurried over and was there by 9:10. Come to find out, the shop was closed. I called the shop's number, and Mo picked up. He told me his shop is open 10-7, but Google won't update his hours no matter how much he's tried to get them to. He came immediately to the shop and was there within 10 min. Within another 20 min, he replaced my phone's battery and gave it a new screen (albeit a black one when my phone was white, he checked with me first and apologized for not having a white one), all for $100, which I found very reasonable. ****LONG STORY SHORT- HE SAVED ALL MY PRECIOUS BABY PHOTOS/VIDEOS**** Ok, so I am super late in posting this review, BUT I never forgot how amazing my experience was here. So let me begin by saying I am horrible to my cell phones. I drop them, throw them (accidentally of course) and worst of all, I spill water on them, like, often, but normally they keep working despite the abuse. Except the last time I spilled a glass of water on my Galaxy 5 (think that's what it was called). I had finally gone too far. My beloved phone, which contained copious amounts of baby photos and videos, you know, the super irreplaceable ones, died. I could only get the thing to turn on for like 20 seconds then it would shut down before I could email any of my photos or videos off of my phone. As a mom, this was truly devastating. So I took my phone to T-Mobile, where I got a newer galaxy and they tried to help me get my photos/videos off my old device. They were super helpful and tried really hard (read 5+ hours of trying) to download my precious memories, but they just couldn't get my phone to stay on long enough. That's when something WONDERFUL happened. The T-Mobile girl gave me a card for CellPro4U and let me keep the phone for 1 extra day to see if they would have better luck. I drove to CellPro4u and they were closed for lunch but I left a voicemail and he called me back pretty much right away. I explained my situation and he said he would try his best to help me. So, with renewed hope, I made the short journey back to the shop with my baby and my older son in tow, and he sympathetically listened to my plight. The only promise he made was to "try". And after the first update call, he was not successful but he would keep the phone overnight to do some sort of wizardry and he would call me back. THE NEXT DAY- he calls me, and tells me HE WAS ABLE TO KEEP MY PHONE ON!!!!! He did it. The man is a legend. He kept my phone on, AND downloaded ALL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A DISC for a very reasonable price. The man is a saint I tell you. If you are in need of cell phone miracles, THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!!!! My wife called Sunday because my daughter cracked her cell phone protective screen and her actual screen. My wife left a message and in less than 10 minutes Mo called her back and said to come in in about 30 minutes. We came in he showed us he didn't have the white screen but had the black screen and could do it in 45 minutes and we could come back later if didn't like the black screen and would change to white screen free of charge. We were happy with the black screen and now the phone looks like new. Reasonable price and great work. If we took it to the mall or one of the other cell phone repair places they charge just a few $100 less than the retail price of the phone. I went to CellPro4U for a new battery for a iPhone. The owner I presume took my phone in the back closed the door and "replaced" my battery so he said. He gave me some advice to help try to save the battery's life and insisted I update my phone. I did everything he said and my phone battery still is trash. I really believe he didn't not actually change my battery that first time rather just charged me for advice thinking an update would help my battery usage. Anyway I went back hoping he'd be a man of his word and warranty his work. First time I went back he told me he didn't have the battery and would have to order it. He also told me he installed a battery out of a working device in my phone and there was no reason it shouldn't work. I paid for a new battery not something out of another device. He said he'd order a new and come back Monday, this was a Thursday. So I go back Monday only for a note on the door saying he's closed for the day. I call and he says sorry sorry come back tomorrow but I'll need to keep your phone for a few hours to diagnose it. I've talked to a few people. Googled around. The consensus is never leave your phone unattended and have the shop do the work you paid for in front of you especially if it's a simple battery swap. I went back the next day. I refused to leave my phone with him, And asked he please put a new battery in my device which I paid for. He pretty much refused. Got heated. Said he wanted to keep my device to diagnose it and no point in installing a new battery if he dose not diagnose the phone. Well yes. There is. Because me the paying customer paid for a NEW battery replacement and I didn't get one. I paid cash and didn't get a receipt. I messed up. Dude will probably come on here saying he has no record of me and defend himself like he has his other negative reviews. I got scammed by this shop. I highly recommend staying away of CellPro4U. ;as stated comes on defending himself. Play the tape bud. You started the verbal escalation when you called my people idiots. You refused to replace the battery or open my phone and show me the battery you allegedly signed in front of me without taking it behind the counter out of my view for diagnosing. You said on my second trip back and multiple times to this day, you used a battery from another working device the first time, not new oem. You made me wait a week while you ordered a new oem battery. I'm done. Your a scam. Consider yourself winning for the moment you got 60 dollars out of me. I'll never step foot in your store again.
