I highly suggest Sean and his company to get your phone fixed. I needed mine done ASAP . He delivered . It was really late when I gave his assistant my phone like 10ish. I had a lot of back and front damage as well internal cleaning . It took a while to fix as the process to clean the inside and fix the back glass takes a while . He delivered my phone @1am. Which was awesome he was willing to go the extra mile to do that. I really believe that is customer service. I really needed it done that night and glad I found him. read more

Top notch service! I highly recommend Ultimate Wireless Solutions for any phone repair needs. My daughter's phone screen was broken and Sean fixed it in a very short time. We didn't use the mobile service, but went to the office location for an even faster repair. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. What else can you ask for? Sean also had screen saver on hand, so we purchased some of those as well. read more

Overall Good experience with changing my daughter's iPhone 6 battery. I would give 5 stars, but there was one disappointment with the replacement. 5 stars - good communication, quick work, driving out to my home to fix the phone, and very good price! 3 stars - suboptimal battery quality (iOS 11.3 tells you how "healthy" your battery is. The newly replaced battery showed only 90%. Sean said it would change after 100% charged which I didn't believe because the state of battery health doesn't change based on the percentage of battery charged. I own a Tesla vehicle...I think I have some knowledge in Lithium ion battery more than a general public.) If he used a better quality battery, I would give 5 stars for all. His price was unbeatable, however. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a very good battery quality, I say try a different place. read more

How to start first of all I didn't think fixing my iPhone will be possible but man Sean nailed it miracle worker & I gotta say for the price he gave me I can't see anyone giving me that price & it gets better he comes to you damn nothing better to ask for very appreciate it plus I got a free screen protector what else can I ask for I highly recommend Sean by far the be price & very excellent work & trust me I've done my research on other places & too expensive or they tell me get a new one but Sean made it happen Thank you & I appreciate your business! read more

Good services, close late and solve my emergency right away! The owner is really nice and know what to do with my cell phone

This man is a SAINT, he saved me from having to call out of work (I'm on call during graveyard shift) when I came in about an hour before they were closing.... Rude on my behalf, I know, but it was an emergency, so I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did... I didn't get the young gentleman's name but he was super nice, let me know exactly what was wrong with my phone and offered good reasonable prices. I even got a discount for deciding to repair my back screen along with the front, which I'm extremely grateful for. This company is legitimate and I highly recommend this place. OH, also, there was an issue with the card I was using to pay for the repairs, but I was still able to pay as they offered a few different solutions just when I thought I was screwed. Big thank you to Ultimate Wireless Solutions, check them out if you're nearby. read more

Sean was very communicative, came on time and finished the job way before what he quoted me. He did the entire repair in his mobile truck right outside my driveway, give me a piece of mind. The best of all, Sean's price is amazing, best in town. Best price out of all the 5+ shops I asked and best part he came to me. Highly recommended. read more

Really Friendly Staff, was very helpful with my phone issue and described every detail that was wrong with my phone. Shawn is definitely a reliable specialist! Recommend! read more

Horrible idea to do business with ultimate wireless solutions! Nothing but a scam and frustration. We dealt with Sean and he repeatedly told us not to worry if his services didn't work he would give us a refund. Once he had my money and his services didn't work to fix my phone he said too bad. He was rude, hung up on me, and even raised his voice on the phone with me. Also after I started receiving notifications that someone was trying to access my phone from his store, very sketchy business! Don't waste your time here. read more

Be aware of this thief!!!! This guy sold me a phone that doesn't work and refused to give me my money bk. I had to call the cops but he left the store. Run while u can and take ur money else where. Don't trust Sean !!!!! read more

I had a samsung s20+ that needed a screen fixed. Guy comes a little late and fixes the phone in an hour, after I had to boost his van for him. Looks like everything works so I take my phone back and he leaves. I try to start sending him money over paypal when I notice the phone isn't connecting to cellular. He comes back and i find out since my phone is a international phone he needs to do some soldering to make it work. So I give him the phone and he says he will return it the next day. He than proceeds to ghost me three times. After which he lets me know the repair is on the house. Than he tries to mail the phone and fails to put in my address correctly. The whole time he never answers the phone and is speratic and sparce with replies. He than says he is getting his employee to drop it off and says he is on the way and then randomly turns him around. After writing my original review, he immediately dropped the phone off at my house. I remember him say he was having some issues do to covid. I will give this company the benefit of the doubt and say I most likely had a rare bad experience. The company does need to work on responding to customers when they are trying to contact them. Also needs to work on showing up when they say they are, instead of just not showing up and not sending any notification. I do appreciate that they tried to rectify the situation by doing the repair for free. read more

fast efficient friendly and he did everything. he should have and fixed it for the cheapish could have been less

Long story short worst repair service and owner I've ever experienced in my entire life, people!? make sure you have paperwork paperwork paperwork done before you decide to leave your phone with this guy. He's mobile according to him. He will take your phone to repair no questions asked nor paperwork given to repair your phone but rest assure never to let him take your phone without paper work. In addition make sure to take out your SD card from your phone! After going through hell! Weeks and weeks him claiming to fix my phone on time and on schedule and failing to meet me to drop off my phone and not showing up , I've learned never to trust a business owner no matter how nice or professional he may seem. PAPERWORK IS KEY!. After he lost my SD card with important pictures he claimed he did not lose it and that I am not a paying customer. It hurt my job losing my SD card with my work picture he cost me thousands of dollars not being able to get my SD card back. He returned it broken. He disgusted me . He said he did have it and then that he didn't have it. Im sure others had easier repairs and didn't have this problem but this is my story. I would give him no stars if I could read more

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and didn't have anywhere to go that I trusted to get it fixed. Compared to other places I called, this place was really competitively priced so it got me in and then I met Sean and he is a master. Phone works perfect and was quickly on my way. read more

This review is for anyone who look for the genuine and true reviews like I always do [Follow up on the discussion with the owner -- owner reached out and I talked to him over the phone and he gave me $10 for my change and extra $10 for the inconvenience. Because I am out of state currently, I didn't use one-year warranty to fix the phone] -------------------------------------------------- I never wrote this much review before on yelp/Google but this time I have to because Sean is being irresponsible to his business service and didn't even give me back the change. I was thankful in the beginning that Sean responded my texts spontaneously and replaced my iPhone screen the very next day. he was nice in tone, also promised to give me free LCD and help me to check out any remaining issues if there is any ("one-year warranty"). The night when I was testing the new phone screen, I found out the phone was burning hot and some other screen touch issues and I told him right way. I was hoping he could quickly look at the issue the next day. He was responsive in the first three messages but after that, he stops replying. He promised to come the next day in the afternoon and if not, another day in the early morning but he never showed up as he promised, and I ended up wasting my time waiting for him. As of now I just cannot hold of him anymore. My only request was just that he could help me fix the issue if possible. And give me back the change at least. I am not some crazy people who look for troubles and I was being very reasonable during our conversation. All I want is just phone can get fixed. But all he did was just looking for excuses, breaking his promises and now completely disappeared. read more

Best and fastest service ever! I highly recommend this place for repair if your cell phone screen cracks. I was referred by a helpful girl at T-Mobile, and couldn't be any happier with the result based on convenience, price, and customer service. Sean answered right away when I called to ask for the exact location. It's a kiosk right in front of the movie theater. He told me that he had gone on break for about 20 minutes and would be right back. He even sent me a quick text letting me know he would be there shortly once he was on his way. read more
