Great communication the whole time. Unfortunately for me, simply replacing the screen was not going to repair the phone. He was honest about the situation explained to me other options to possibly getting the phone repaired. And he did not charge me for coming out and the work he had done removing the screen and attempting to install a new one and diagnosing the issue because the phone ultimately was not repaired.
