So I called around, and Mohammed answered the phone when I called Laser Printer Services. He ended up being able to come same day in the late afternoon which I did not expect. He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting why the paper wouldn't feed. He called his office, requested they send him snapshots of the same printer so he could compare and figure out if something was broken, or just popped out of place. Within a half an hour, he had it working correctly, no replacement parts needed, and it only cost me the amount that he quoted for the diagnostic. This printer doesn't have a lot of miles on it, and it has a lot of great features I like, like wireless and duplex printing, so I couldn't justify replacing it as was suggested by several other companies that I called. Extremely happy - I highly recommend Mohammed.
