I noticed an issue with the screen and wasn't sure what to expect, but they honored their warranty without any hassle or pushback whatsoever. No charge, no runaround -- just great customer service. They got straight to work and had everything fixed in under an hour while I sat in the store, connected to their Wi-Fi, and knocked out work on my laptop like I was at a coffee shop. Honestly, the fact that they stand behind their work so confidently is what's going to keep me coming back. It's rare to find a repair shop that's both fast AND trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I needed my expensive gaming laptop repaired and was scammed before by a local repair shop that…read moregave me a faulty motherboard. This was the first time I went to uBreakiFix as a desperate last resort and they ordered a new mobo and replaced it within a couple of weeks with reasonable labor costs. However, there was poor communication the first time around and apparently the first guy thought that it would be acceptable to replace it with a GTX 2070 instead of the 2080 that it originally came with. Upon seeing a cheaper final price and promptly reading the receipt, I realized the mistake they made and asked them to order a 2080 instead, not minding how much longer it would take. They said that it would arrive in another couple of weeks and that I could just pay the $350 difference, no extra labor costs added. I was worried, but sure enough, they called me when it was ready and my $4000 laptop started up beautifully without a problem with a fresh installation of windows 11. They made it right and stayed true to their word, and I only had to pay the price difference. Thanks, uBreakiFix for not putting me through anymore headache. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Honestly, the first guy that helped me did his best but then it got shady. I had taken in my…read moreMacBook to get the LCD screen repaired because it had broken (you can see a picture attached- notice the Touch Bar still works). The employee I spoke to told me they worked with two different options, getting a general part from a tech team or getting the official part directly from Apple. I paid extra to get the Apple product. When I first got my MacBook back (1 week later), it was wrong; the screen was a completely different color than my Silver Grey, the screen was glitching, and the Apple logo was missing. I asked them to please fix the issue since it wasn't even the same color and not to mention, why was the logo missing, if it was directly from Apple. His response was "no one usually cares about that", I do. So they ended up engraving it in themselves and picking the right color. However, when I finally got it back the camera on the MacBook was awful (picture attached), the screen kept glitching incessantly and the Touch Bar no longer worked. I went back in to see if they could please fix the Touchbar issue at the very least and I kept getting the run around, "come back tomorrow", "Come back when our Mac guy is here", then suddenly I was getting the "your touch bar was already broken" argument. I decided to try one more time the following week, only to be told that the entire team had quit and it was under new ownership. I saw there was a previous customer upset about their experience on Google Reviews, and the tech shop responded that it wasn't them. I wouldn't be surprised if they're just switching out the teams to scam people. I tried to get in contact with the old and new manager, but no one has helped. I'm just telling you guys to warn you, don't go to them for anything big! P.S. I took my Macbook to Apple directly to diagnose the new errors- they confirmed the part was not one of theirs. So, there was that.
