I have several high end printing devices for our little family business. I needed maintenance done on my Epson F2100 Direct to Garment printer. I could not find any Epson service company to actually come onsite to fix this very large and heavy printer Unless I carried it down a long flight of stairs and drove it to them. When Epson recommended WeFixPrinters and I say they were in Redondo Beach and I was all they way down in Rancho Santa Margarita over 45 miles away. I was pleased with the repair of my printer. They were nearby authorized Epson repair service center friendly and serviced my printer in a very reasonable amount of time. The only thing that I was not pleased with was I had just filled my ink cartridges up and when I got the printer back, my ink levels were noticeably not as I brought it in. Not as big a deal with regular inkjet printers but my printer is a sublimation printer and the ink is more costly so I wasn't too happy about that. Perhaps my expectation was off and that it is customary to use customer's ink supply. I would probably return but know now my ink will be used. read more

He replied immediately and told me exactly what I needed, but he still would need to inspect the device before giving an accurate quote. This is the worst business that I've ever dealt with in my entire life. When I called they said that a $45 diagnosis would be charged and if I decided to have them fix my printer the $45 would be applied to the bill. I dropped my printer off on July 2, 2024. I thought that since the 4th of July was coming up soon that my printer would be fixed by the following week, boy was I ever wrong, after calling and calling and emailing and calling I finally got my printer back on August 5, 2024. They said the the total was $104.75, so I asked them if the $45 would be applied to the total they said no! That was for the diagnosis, so I paid $149.75 and 2 months later!!! These guys are great! I first used them a few months ago when I couldn't get the paper jam warning to go off in my Epson Artisan 800. They fixed it quick and the owner gave me his cell phone number and said he would either come in early or meet me somewhere since I work long hours in a different part of town. They fixed it that day & I had it back right away. The most recent visit, I actually took my printer into Laser Service first because I moved and We Fix Printers is a bit out of the way. Laser Service gave me the run-around so after finally being able to pick up my printer (because of my work hours) and dropping it off at We Fix Printers, they figured out that my problem was the CD tray not closing all the way because of my recycled paper which was crinkled a bit. They fixed it right away and didn't charge me. Next time, I'll save myself the time and trouble and just drive the extra few miles to We Fix Printers first to get it done right. This place is the real deal. I called, figuring I was going to have to take my Brother laser printer in, and briefly described my issue. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed it and said it was something I could easily fix on my own. I followed his instructions and voila, fixed! Then another issue popped up when I restarted my printer and I called again. He asked a few diagnostic questions and recommended a few things I could try on my own. I followed his advice and now my printer is up and running again. So rare these days to find people who really know what they're doing and are focused on helping, even if it means I don't need to bring my machine in.
