Turned out I needed a special adaptor specific to the video connection on the back of my computer. They had the adapter and I left with my problem solved and a new $ 15 part. Victor had a clear understanding of what is likely broken, estimated cost of repairs, and expected lead time. He went above and beyond to make sure my laptop was brought back to me as soon as possible. The team here had sent me price estimates for the parts I needed BUT THEN was able to get parts from a local supplier. Instead of the initial 10-15 day lead time, my laptop was actually ready in I think 2 or 3 days?! These guys are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The thing that stood out the most was when Victor had notified me that the manufacturer's warranty could solve my issue for a cheaper, but longer lead time. He didn't have to tell me that I could go somewhere else, but the guy is honest at every step of the way. Worth every penny working with these guys. I'll be coming here for all my laptop related issues.

Super responsive. I brought Cody and Martin two desktops. One was completely dead. The other I…read moreneeded the hard drive cloned. Here's what happened. The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

When I picked up the "repaired" laptop, no programs or apps opened and CD reader didn't work either. I called Cody's Technologies and they were able to redo the competitor's mistakes and make everything work perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and did great work.
