Great service. I had a printer I bought at the Goodwill for $30. It worked a couple of times then I got a code number appeared. I Googled the printer and it's retail value was $800 so I figured it was worth saving. I called around and only the Printer Repair Experts knew what the problem was. 5 STAR SERVICE! After two days of watching YouTube videos and trying to fix our printer tray jam we called Printer Repair Experts, Greg return the call within 30 minutes! Lightning fast wow! He offered troubleshooting over the phone but we really just needed him to take care of it for us since we are busy doctors office. Greg gave us same-day service within a couple hours of calling and even replace the roller that was worn all under $100. We were already starting to think of purchasing a new $600 printer and Printer Repair Experts saved the day and our loved Cannon printer!!! I just started to utilize Yelp and Printer-Repair-Experts is my first review.  I called Printer Repair Experts to service my HP Laserjet Enterprise M630.  The printer was giving me a 50 fuser error. The service representative came out and was quick with  his diagnosi.  Within 20 minutes he had the printer back on its feet.  I was rather impressed with the quick outcome.  This printer is our work horse and i was in dire straits with it being down during Tax season.   I will for sure be calling Printer Repair Experts for any future repairs. read more

I needed help with my older than dirt HP 4M+. I called Printer Repair Experts and was biting my nails because he was the third vendor I'd called. He would have been my last. All other's offered to come out for $75, or have me drop it off to trouble shoot at a cost but could not guarantee anything because of age of the printer. I was willing to pay if at least they had experience working on them. The thought of parting with my 20+ year old work horse pained me almost as much as having to buy a new one. This would have been my last call before heading for my piggy bank with a hammer. However the young man that answered the phone (wish I'd asked his name) was willing to listen to the symptoms and despite the age of the printer, offered some suggestions. They worked! My printer was humming like new again! Darn cat must have walked on the buttons and changed the settings! That's it, I'm getting a dog!
