We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. Arlete checked the file to make sure we wouldn't have the same issue and the business cards turned out perfect. They pay attention to detail, have reasonable prices, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. I would definitely trust them any projects and will definitely be using them in the future!

I had talked to then emailed the owner what I had needed printed he said he could get it done the same day, which was great. I did not know this but he was having his employee work on it, which is fine, if he knew what he was doing. The printing order was printed crooked on the paper. I also had an insert that was printed on 11x17 paper. There was only about 30 rows down on the sheet, last time they made it so it fit the whole sheet, which would make sense. Unfortunately, the employee did not think. He just pressed print without even looking at print preview or what they looked like once they printed. I asked him why it did not fill the whole sheet and he just shrugged his shoulders. I would have made the font bigger if I would have know that. I expected too much from them apparently, to use their noggin. I will not be returning to this place. I like supporting local businesses but its hard when they mess up the order. If you have the owner do it, it will turn out great, I wouldn't trust anyone else there.

I can't speak for anyone else, any other business, But I can say that not only did we receive our order in a timely fashion, But the mail piece is actually look fantastic. The only thing that I would like to see them do differently is tape the package better. Other than that service wise and product wise, we literally could not be happier, And I'm glad I trusted my gut. It's pretty clear the business is being singled out. I spoke with their customer service person this morning, Jimmy, and he was most gracious. My cards arrived in better time than expected, and I did not even expedite them. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and price. I've used them over the years for other cards I have created because they seem to be able to capture the color and clarity that others do not. So I get there and they were made wrong! Drove 1hr to get there and they were made wrong. They said they can fix the order and it will be ready in 2hrs. That brings me back to the scam where they offered faster services for 100$ more when really they can make them in a couple of hours. So I come back after a couple of hours to get the ones that were remade and they tried selling me the ones they made in the wrong size. And I said no. I believe they made those wrong purposely to try making more sales. And they disregarded my time as a customer and tried scamming with fees for faster services. I did my research and they sold 7x5 post cards for 29cents each which is pretty pricey considering I got 500 of them. For 500 post cards you can get them for 16cents-19cents a card.
