Ed, the owner, does not provide service that is acceptable. He majorly messed up my daughter's order and does not take responsibility. He tells clients that they can "go away and he doesn't give a SH!t". He ruined an item of my daughters that is irreplaceable. So sad. Run away from this place. Seeing other reviews here from more than a year ago makes me wonder if those folks were dealing with the same person that I worked with. I had a fantastic experience with Ed, who I believe is the owner. He does a lot of work for local schools and organizations, which you can see samples of in his shop. First I needed a dozen embroidered hats with custom artwork that he produced for me just using my .jpeg file. There was considerable amount of detail and the embroidery was really good. he made a sample pretty quickly AND then made the hats for me in less than 1 week. All just great! Then he did a fantastic job printing 4 dozen T shirts with my custom art work. They came out beautifully and we were especially pleased with the high quality shirts. Pricing was reasonable and Ed was super easy to work with. Thank you! read more

We needed a 10 polo shirts embroidered last minute DURING THE HOLIDAYS. Not only did Ed take his time and show me proofs and but we were able to match the colors to our logo. The owner of this place told me I would have my products done in a week and I check up a week later and no one answers the phone. I called five times so I showed up and he told me he hasn't started it yet and to call next time before going in. Then he told me he would have it for me the next day. I called again to pick it up and no answer until the fourth phone call. I finally go in because he says it's ready and the person working behind the counter tells me that he isn't in so he can't ring me up for the product because he doesn't work the credit card machines. If you want your things embroidered in a reasonable amount of time I recommend finding somewhere else to go to. There is zero communication and customer service here. read more

I am giving this business 2 stars for their service quality - overpriced and not very quick. Was looking for someone to embroider choir stoles for our church, and found this place listed on the internet. Since it was near where I live, thought to give it a try. I drove by but couldn't find it based on their CitySearch listing and had to call to get their location. Apparently their main business is selling and customizing athletic apparel and they had several of these on display in their small storefront. I had a sample choir stole that I showed the owner, explaining that I wanted a 3-letter monogram done to show my pastor on Sunday before doing an order for 20 choir stoles. This was on Thurs. I asked for an estimate, and was quoted $20 for one stole, and $9 each for a quantity of 20. I agreed to have the sample stole done, and asked if it could be ready by Sunday (they are not open on the weekends). He said yes, and told me to come by after 12 noon on Fri. I came by on Fri, and was told it was not done yet - come back Mon. Same thing Mon. - called and was told "not yet" - had to be sent out to their seamstress. I called later in the week, gave them my phone# and left instructions to have them call me when it was done. No call. When I called the next week, it was "Oh, it's done - you can pick it up". When I got there the charge for one stole was $25, not the $20 I was quoted. I almost objected to the overcharge, but at this point almost felt like they were holding the choir stole hostage, so paid and got it out of there. The work their seamstress did was up to my requirements; but their disorganization and overcharge reminded me of an independent contractor - taking longer and charging more than was estimated... :-p read more

I came here to get some stitching removed from a couple of jackets/sweaters I had. It was an average job. There were a couple holes for removing letters and it didn't seem like it was so difficult that it took even more then a couple of hours. Probably below average service. I got there on the day I was told to come pick it up and I was waiting around for 10 minutes when I came to pick up my stuff. The staff wasn't even manning the front door and it seemed as if though everything was run by one person. It didn't seem very organized overall. Average pricing. About $20 for 2 sweaters to remove lettering. I guess for the price you can't complain because you can pay more to have a better service, but they should definitely try to improve customer relations to draw in more customers. They also don't accept credit cards. read more

I would avoid this place. The proprietor cannot seem to get his priorities in order and keeps promising "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went and now a relative had to spend money on a rush job somewhere else, not to mention drive all over town to find someone to do the work she was promised last week. Nobody in our family will be directing any further business his way. And to top it off, when asked nicely (my sister is not a rude person) why my order still hadn't been fulfilled, the response she received was loaded with profanity, including calling her the 'C' word. People get fired for that type of language, so even though he's a business owner, you can fire him by making sure he gets no further business. read more

I honestly should have looked at the other reviews before I let him work on my shirts. I had 3 shirts that needed a basic print on them. He said it would be $40-$45 total (which is apx. $15 a shirt). I gave him a $20 down payment and he said he would have it done in a weeks time. He gave me his cell number to pick them up on a Saturday morning. Tried calling the number (number was disconnected), emailed him, no response. Finally called him on a blocked number and he responded. He said to come in the following Wednesday morning and they will be done. I show up Wednesday and now he claims his giant printer is broken and he needs his buddy who lives in the valley to get the shirts done. So Friday morning is now the pick up date. I get there Friday morning, the shirts are ready until I take a further look at them. The text on the back is completely misspelled (I included a document with a picture AND plain text of exactly what I want the shirts to say just to be clear), the front logo is obviously off center, and one of the shirts is completely missing the large text on the back! This is the most unprofessional "business" I have ever witnessed. I never write yelp reviews either, but this one definitely needed it. read more

Do not go here. I had a Vineyard Vines shep shirt Monogramed here the owner said one week. I came back the following week and it was not ready then he said give me 2 more days I went back again still not ready it took another 24 hours and when I got it it was not what I had ordered but was ok. A week later, still nothing and upon my calling, other promises were made to get it done. Almost a month later, finally went in and just got my sweatshirt back with not even an apology. I tried to get a few hats embroidered there in time for a job I was doing out of town. I gave it to him 6 weeks before I needed it. After checking in several times with no progress, I told him we were coming up on the deadline and to let me know if he could do it. He said he could, then asked me what I wanted on it. I had sent him a very detailed email with specs and images, so he clearly hadn't read the email. I asked him if he read it and he said he did, then a few days later he asked if I could resend the email because he didn't have it (and clearly never read it). Eventually I got a mock up of one of three logos I requested that looked terrible, and he did it right on the hat I gave him, rather than a sample material. That meant he was going to have to order me a new hat. With very little time left he insisted he would get the job done. I still had to contact him to find out if it was ready before my flight out of town - he said he needed me to come take a look at them, so I went in on my way to the airport to leave. It wasn't ready. Not only that, but I asked him about the other two logos, which were clearly outlined in my email. He didn't know anything about it. I had requested a total of three different logos, and he only knew about one. He didn't even read my instructions! I was clearly frustrated, but asked him to ship the hats to me on my job out of town that I needed them for. Well, I was gone for six weeks on the job and never heard from him. When I returned, I just went and asked for my hats back. He totally blew that job and made no attempt to make it right, not even an apology. Absolutely terrible customer service. I wasted a couple of months trying to get these hats done with him and never ended up getting them - just charged a deposit for a crappy sample. Do not waste your time there. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt on Thursday of last week, I explained that it was for a Christmas gift. The man who helped me insured that it would be ready on time. I hadn't heard from him so I left a message last night and than called this morning. I stopped by today on my way to work to just see if it was on schedule ( read Yelp reviews last night and got nervous) I was very happy to see my sweatshirt being worked on. I only waited about 5 minutes and was able to walk out with the order. it was exactly what I wanted and it was done when promised! very happy!!! read more

I wish there was a No Star Option. They do crappy work, constant delays, lie about everything and wouldn't know customer service if it smack them upside their stupid heads. Bottom line, they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. Go buy a needle and thread and do it yourself, it will turn out better. read more
