Okay this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. There was a mistake in our order and the product we received did not match what we wanted. BUT when we told Victoria about this she, without hesitation, went ahead and at no cost fixed the mistake and reprinted us the right product. Super smooth and we are very grateful! read more

Thanks to Mary and all the wonderful staff at Signarama. Friends told me that they do Vinly Wraps here. I drove my 56 International Panel Van and asked if I could get her name, Buttercup, on both sides. The process was so quick. A few emails to approve the artwork and then a morning appointment to have the install done. A phone call saying it's ready for pic up- and a text with pics and videos showing the result! I'm so happy with the results! And the price was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend this business. read more

Signarama's Simi Valley's customer service was on point. Marlene's suggestions and help made the process simple which made me a hit at my GrandDaughters Sweet 16th Birthday Party. Marlene guided me through the process and within 48 hours I signed off on proof and it was a done deal. I was told what to wear and where to sit until I showed up with the custom sign, that's when the magic started. I was one cool Nana. You Rock Marlene! read more

I reached out to signarama after a sticker that I designed and ordered online was delivered and looked awful. I planned to give my bridesmaids the gift later that evening and was in a frantic search to have the stickers reprinted. I called 4 local places and the woman at signarama was so nice, helpful, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for in less than two hours. Since my order was small, the other businesses I called either wouldn't do it or were going to charge me a "minimum" (which I would have paid because I was so desperate). Signarama not only charged me a very good price, but also made the entire process enjoyable. Thank you so much! My girlfriends LOVED the gift!! read more

Incredibly bad service, incredibly low quality printing, they present their work in the dark and we had to use our cellphone flash lights to review... Awful! The manager should be absolutely ashamed of the quality that was presented to us today... UPDATE: We took the same image/file to the print shop located here: Kinko's 5045 Cornell Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301 The 300dpi, .jpg printed perfectly and for 1/3 of the cost! 2nd UPDATE: I was just contacted again by this shop and this time by the manager. This manager had a "threatening" tone and started mentioning my personal information as well as my home address. He also said he was recording the call, "CA is a dual consent state, and I didn't consent." ***WE HAVE CALLED THE SIMI VALLEY POLICE!*** See attached police report. Stay away from these people... Scary! Never go here community! Go to the honest people at Kinko's, they don't lie! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but Signarama did an amazing job and went above and beyond! While I'm not allowed to name my work due to policy, I can say we are a very large department of First Responders. Our station needed multiple custom vinyl decals made for the walls of our gym. Signarama was able to create and install Exactly what we were thinking, and even provided some input on how to make the project better. They did such an amazing job, I approached them again to have multiple exterior commercial doors vinyl wrapped with a large and complex design. The project was executed flawlessly, as they were meticulous and careful to make it Perfect rather than rush the job like other companies would have done. Their products are high quality. The business is family owned and operated with friendly staff that knows exactly what they are talking about. They also have rare top of the line machinery needed to do the multitude of services they offer. I wish I could praise them more because they are genuinely good people who did a GREAT job! I will be back for all future projects and I highly recommend them! 5 Stars! read more

Good luck getting a sign here. The people who work here have no business making signs. Put a half deposit for a few simple window signs. Keep getting incorrect proofs. When we change things with them, they send the same incorrect proofs. Its been about a month and after two visits and many emails attempting to convey a very simple sign- its just not happening. Went to Spectra Color. The guy made the sign proof on his computer right in front of us in 2 minutes. Sign was made in 2 days!!! And half the price. Have made a few attempts to get my deposit back but they keep sending same incorrect proofs in answer. Just run!! read more

So glad we found this company. The quality of the work is exceptional, the turn around time is fast and pricing is beyond fair. The owner, Marlene is truly a gem and she has been working to support my daughter's small business, all the while teaching her along the way. Location is easy find and her place is so tidy and clean. I was looking for a company to print an 'art photo' that is 18" x 24" on stretched canvas. I have never printed a digital photo that large and was worried about investing a lot of money in a print only to be disappointed that it was blurry or pixelated when enlarged. I spoke to some digital labs in town but none would look at the file and offer any feedback. I spoke to Mary at Signarama and she offered to have her team take a look and let me know if the image would be clear and of the quality I was hoping for. She assured me the image would look clear and I asked her to print it. When I came to pick it up, Mary told me the mounting of the canvas on the frame wasn't up to her standards and had a second copy done. Honestly, the difference was VERY subtle. To my complete surprise, she gave me the 'lesser' print for free! And the kicker to all of this is that their prices were more than competitive with other digital labs, Amazon Photo and every other service I checked. I had them print two other 8" x 10" photos mounted on wood and they are equally high quality. I am SO happy with the result. I would not have guessed a "sign company" would have the abilty to do 'art-house' work. If they can do work this nice for my home, I figure they can do most any signage you'd ever want. Thanks Mary and Marlene! Seeing the pictures in my house make me feel like an artist! read more
