Love the people that work there. Making your own vape juice is really easy and so much cheaper plus the coils last four times longer.

We decided to try Color Café for a fun pottery painting outing. It was me, my two daughters, my…read moregranddaughter, and me, and we were looking forward to spending some creative time together. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a great experience. * No blank pottery to paint - Everything available already had printed designs on it. We were hoping to paint our own plates, cups, or bowls, but there were no plain pieces available. * Very limited selection - The inventory felt small. We were told a party of 20 was coming in, and it seemed like the blank items might have been saved for them. * Unhelpful service - When we asked about options, the staff didn't seem very helpful or friendly. * Pricing - There's a $10 studio fee per painter, and many of the stamped platters were around $42 more, which felt expensive for items that were already pre-designed. Since there was nothing blank to paint, we ended up leaving without doing the activity. We were hoping to try something different from Color Me Mine, but unfortunately this visit didn't work out for us. We're going to Color Me Mine.

I heard her say some stupid stuff for a manager, just after the Covid scare, "where is everyone getting their money from", because a Mexican family was buying a lot decorations for a party!. On another occasion during the day & the lines were long", doesn't anyone work anymore!. Just yesterday I had a $45 order, all I had was a hundred on me, the cashier asked if I had something smaller, I did not, she called "V" over & she asked the same question, I said NO, sorry. She said I would end up with a bunch of $1's, I said no problem, she came back with like 50 $1's & some $5's - she told the cashier, the RULE is you have to use the $1's first. Well the cashier did not listen to her & gave me $5's. As I was walking out, I swear she went into a victory dance. (Not knowing I got $5's instead of $1's) I am contacting corporate - that was the final straw. Really "Rule", she sounded stupid, that's the RULE. Imagine a manger behaving that way.

Paint Pals Clubhouse - Took my little sisters to paint pals! They had a blast. You pick out a piece of ceramic to paint. Pieces prices range $4-$10.

I grew up coming to this place on weekends and in the summer. It's a great way to kill a few hours…read moreand a lot of fun for kids. They have a decent variety of stuff for kids of all ages. The maze and shadow room are fun for big and little kids. The dress up clothes were great fun for them as well. Lots for them to do when they finish painting, while they wait for their painted creations to dry. They don't fire the creations in a kiln or anything, but the plus side is, the plaster pieces are cheaper, and you get to take it home the same day, unlike other places where you have to pick it up a week later. We came in on a weekday summer morning at opening, so we were the only ones in the place. There was a gentleman, I assume the owner, working. He was quiet and definitely didn't want to get too involved in anything. The variety of paint colors available wasn't as good as it was years ago. It also used to be in condiment bottles that somewhat prevented the kids from squirting too much at one time. I'm guessing that they probably see a lot more paint waste without those. Be forewarned that this is the type of place where you really are left to your own devices; no one is going to sit with your kids and give them tips on painting or anything like that. You will want to try to talk your kids into really filling in all the white space. The glossy spray that they use to "finish" them doesn't stick to the plaster if there is not paint on it. The facility is in some need of maintenance. There were lots of signs on things letting you know that a machine is fickle and only takes certain quarters, which you can get up front, or the sign on the women's bathroom saying "Bathroom door doesn't lock. Use men's." Um... okay, or you could just run to Home Depot in the morning before the store opens, pick up a new doorknob, and replace it. Yeah, it takes time and money, but my guess is that the doorknob lock didn't break this morning. Sign looked like it wasn't recently made. Moreover... there are two single stall bathrooms, why is one men's and one women's? They should just both be unisex, since that is what is suggested. Other than a bit of laziness on the part of management in terms of maintenance, it's a fun place, and the kids had a fun morning, which was the goal, for a lot less than I'd have paid at somewhere like paint a dream.

The process of painting is way more convenient than other places and the face painting is quick, easy, and fun (and the designs are great too!) I was very sad to hear that their facility closed a few years ago but grateful that they are still doing events and parties. A small thing that I would recommend is start accepting cards because not everyone carries cash. On that note, the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for the wonderful party!

Clay Play & Arts - I have been wanting to try a pottery class for years! I couldn't have asked for a better first experience

The…read moreinstructors are incredibly patient and skilled at breaking down complex movements--like centering and pulling walls--into manageable steps that were easy for my brain to follow. The studio has a really wonderful, creative energy that I looked forward to every week. It served as a great 'sensory reset' and a way to focus purely on the tactile experience of the clay. Particularly seeing other members body of work. My only minor wish for the future would be a bit more shelf space for student projects! As I got more into the flow of creating, I found myself wishing there was more room to store work-in-progress pieces between sessions. Each purchase of a course provides access to membership hours where you can come in practice before the classes. They provide the base tools in a black case and if you need more clay it's $25. That being said, the quality of instruction and the community more than make up for it. I'm so happy with the projects I made and I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for a new creative outlet! As a note there's a waiting list to become a member after completing the course. So don't hesitate!
