Best shop in Simi. Owner is great guy! Staff is super friendly(: This is definitely my go to shop for all my vaping needs!

During this quarantine Vape shops are all closed and I've been looking everywhere for a place that delivers past 3pm. I found vapor Nuvola through a co worker and I texted asking if they can deliver at 5:30 and they said no problem. I gave a pretty complex order including a new vape, coils and 2 different juices. And all of it was what I asked for. And the delivery guy was there right at 5:30. I definitely recommend vapor Nuvola! And not to mention GREAT customer service! Thank you to vapor Nuvola team! You guys rock! read more

Great place. Awesome people, and the flavors are amazing. They've got a great selection of mods, both mechanical and VV. Went in to get one or two bottles and after sampling I left with 7!! Nice to have choices in Simi, and these guys are definitely worth checking out. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle of Rob's Secret Blend. You will not be disappointed! If they had nachos I'd probably be there every day..... read more

My new favorite vape spot! I have been to a lot of the local vapor spots in Simi, T.O., and the surrounding areas. Vapor Novula sets the bar and I will continue to purchase flavors and vapor products here. The owners are nice, helpful and informed. They set me up with an RSST R/A Tank and showed me how to build it. I was impressed with the turnout. They also have a fantastic lineup of flavors and they mix up to 3 flavors if you want. I recommend you check it out ASAP! This place is great for new and advanced vape users. read more

Vapor Nuvola - My Vape spot for a couple years now. Always good service and clean. - Vape Shops Near Me - Simi Valley, California

So here's why I LOVE Vapor Nuvola: when I first started vaping and was building my little arsenal of vape gear I called in a couple times asking about a number of different RDA's and Sub Ohm tanks. At the time they didn't carry them. Dustin asked me about them on the phone, got some info from me and made it a point to grab a couple of each RDA and tank from their vendor (in different colors too). Now that's going the extra mile to not only make a customer happy but stay on top of the vape game with the latest and greatest. They have an awesome selection of mods, RDA, Tanks, tips, liquid and other goodies. This place rocks! Here's an update 2/12/16: nothing changes, it only gets better at Vapor Nuvola. Dustin is awesome. He's always thinking about his customers and getting all the latest gear. These people are so nice. I'm telling you, go here and you're done. They've got you covered. read more

I needed to purchase some 100% VG juice, which nobody sells at local shops. All 100% VG normally has to be purchased online and over priced. The 100%VG juices I've purchased online are overrated and never match the flavor profile described on the website. I found Vapor Nuvola online and saw they were in Simi and made custom juices. I gave them a call and asked if they could make 100%VG and they told me it was no problem. I made the drive out there from Woodland Hills and my order was ready to go. Their prices are the best around. Their juice quality is next level. Their customer service is top class. No BS with them. The flavors I ordered over the phone were exactly as they described. Super stoked that I found this shop.. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across who has the need for quality vape juice. I would give this review 10 stars if I could, because Vapor Nuvola was 110% ON POINT. read more

I do not vape but went in to get stuff for my son and was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge of the products they carry. The store is very clean and the minute you walk in the staff makes you feel welcome. I had a great experience here and actually learned a few things before I left. I would highly recommend Vapor Nuvola for all your vape needs. read more

I went to this vape shop cause it was close to my house. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of this establishment told me that if I brought in my coils that I had she would exchange them for the ones I that fit my tank. I was sick and could not bring these in so my husband did and told them about this promise that the owner had made. They did not back up their word! This business does not care about their customer it is all about money for them not about customers happiness! Sidenote in a business when you own it you do everything you can to make the customer happy. This keeps them coming back! They do not know how to keep their clientele! read more

We love this Vape Store! The best prices and service around.

This happened about a year ago and they most likely fired this kid by now which is why im not giving it a 1 star. Stood at the counter and waited for about 5 minutes while the guy behind the counter finished talking to a customer sitting on a stool. Which is fine if he was answering a question or selling something but they were literally talking about tattoos. He probably would've kept talking to him if I didn't interrupt him. I had a lot of questions to ask because I was brand new to vaping and he basically treated me like an idiot. Like I had some kind of learning deficiency because I was completely new to it. His friend on the stool was laughing at the questions I had too. I have no idea how much nicotine i need, sorry to waste your precious tatoo conversation time bro, just wanted to PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT. Good thing theres a vape shop around every corner now. read more

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Competitive prices. Comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

First time here after my gf went for her 1st time. I'm new in the vapor scene, trying to quit cigs. Came in to see about getting some juice. The owner and the guy that were there were both very patient, knowledgeable, and showed me some great customer service. I had a million and 1 questions and wanted to taste a variety on flavors. Not once did I feel like I was being a bugaboo. I'd definite recommend this place. They had a huuuuge selection of juices and lots of accessories-nice store. And the peeps in there are friendly too! read more

Top notch for all your vaping needs! Excellent customer services and amazing prices! You won't be disappointed!

I'm 100% new to vaping and wanted something portable and convenient since I love smoking hookah but hate the setup, cleaning, coals etc. I made my first purchase (at a different place) and wasn't entirely confident in the information I received there. After 24 hours of being frustrated about my hits being too harsh and the tank leaking, I asked around and this was the top recommended spot. Went in and immediately Sina helped me out, advised me that my wattage did not have to be as high as I had been told and wa-la! Instantly better. The juice selection is awesome, so I purchased 3 flavors to try and can't wait to go back for more. Thanks again Sina and Megan for your help, and you will definitely be seeing me again!! *** still love this shop but if you're gonna have a secret blend (the A.S.S. juice) would be helpful to at least mention it's a menthol blend. Just topped off my RDA and almost puked. Rewick time. :( read more

My favorite vape shop. Custom juices, large selection of mods, and super friendly, awesome staff. A+++

So when my husband and I heard about the vaping craze a couple of years ago we tried the e-cigs and they were disgusting. Back to the Marlboros we went. A few months ago after some research we became interested in the mechanical mods and dripping e-cig juice and Vaping Lounges popped up everywhere. We have been to all of them in Simi and in TO, but for me, Vaper Nuvola is my favorite. To be honest I can order my juices and mechs online..but as a small business owner myself I would much rather support a brick & mortar in my home town. Vaper Nuvola is clean, comfy, a great place to hang out and visit. Sina & Dustin are incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell, they are honest and forth coming about what is best for you and what is not. I smoked cigs for the better part of 35 years and it was hard to quit, but when you have a place like VN to go to and sit and chat and discuss al your options it makes the transition so much easier. The juices are amazing, mixed on premises to your taste and nic level. It really doesn't get any better than that. One last thing. Working in customer service is hard....damn hard. Sina, Dustin & Nate have it down to an art form. They are respectful, funny, never pushy and always helpful. Along with their prices and selection, this is what will keep us coming back time and again. Thank You guys,,,you are amazing and we adore you! read more
