A single word to explain my experience at this shop? Fantastic. Ben the manager was at the front when I walked in tonight. I needed vape supplies, and let me tell you, with all the different types of vape I have sometimes had to go to several shops in a day to get what I needed, but here at "smoke & vape" they are well stocked, had everything I needed and Ben provided assistance with knowledge and a kindness that proved to be a costumer first attitude. I left feeling happy and excited with my purchases and a feeling of being taken care of instead of feeling like I was being ripped off. Ben is wonderful and needs a raise, I came in a hour before closing and he made me feel like he was genuinely glad to see me and motivated to give me the best experience he could, with knowledgeable help and easy good I don't live in this area but I am here 2 times a week, and I will absolutely only be getting my vape and tobacco needs at this store exclusively. read more

The guy who use to work here was a total dick! Over charged me for max flow Vape that's $15 everywhere else they charge me $21 w tax I asked if I can pay w cash if it will go down guy said no! Same price. This is the most expensive vape store and the price gouge like no one else. If you want to get good priced vapes go somewhere else, anywhere else! read more

DONT GO THERE!!! I bought numerous vapes at a time here for many years (like 8 at a time or more over like 10 + years). One of them leaked and sputtered , & turned on when tipped upside down, right out of the box. I brought it back tonight. Mike, a guy I haven't seen before, said that although it was defective, it was leaking all over when I showed it to him in its box, it was their policy not to refund or credit it, unless you tried it in the store. So, I was supposed to open 8 to 10 vapes and try them all on the premises? Yes he told me, store policy. When I argued with him, he refused to serve me for the vapes I was purchasing. This was totally humiliating & in front of another customer. He basically threw me out of the store. I was out of them & I asked him to please sell me the ones he already had at the register. He said he was refusing service to me. DONT GO THERE!!! read more

Awesome spot.. I've been to a few vape stores recently over the past few weeks as I quit smoking cigs and went over to vaping.. I got a Smok prince stick and highly recommend it for day to day vaping. I learned some maintenance tricks on you tube and have been enjoying my new dual mesh coils with it- flavor and clouds (check!) I also use a Juul for when I'm running to meetings or just need a stronger nic fix.. I may move to a different system for that eventually... Anyway today I got Set Up!!! I've been wanting a decent box mod and got a Charon Smoant beautiful fit n finish/ touch screen done right.. and a big bad arse Smok cloud king beast tank.. the guys really went above and beyond the call of duty getting me comfortable with it.. as a new vaper it's important to me to support brick n mortar stores because there's nothing like 1-1 service vs just buying on line anonymously .. great guys there, and one had a cool female friend offering some comic relief to my investment.. never felt rushed. I come in here at least 1 time a week.. and The staff does wear masks and the dudes are usually really nice and very helpful..but when I went in this day.. the heavyset chick with dark hair I think has glasses is there and no matter how nice I was to her she was just a bitch. No hello, no thank you.. any questions I had ...were met with the shortest, most pissy answer.. and I still was nice as I could be. but still she doesn't not have a good attitude at all. read more

My husband and I stopped in a few weeks ago when I broke my tank. Justin ( I think that was his name ) was awesome! Told me what I needed and helped me put it together. He also recommended a new juice, after I told him I only like iced reds! It was frozen hulk tears. Omg so good! Today we went back and Amir was there. I'm pretty sure he is the owner. He was so awesome! Helpful, personable and knowledgeable! My husband had no intention of walking out with anything, but he has now joined the vape world. I love all but one employee. The one girl that works there doesn't know anything and she's super rude . Ben is amazing and knows his stuff . All the other dudes are super cool .
