Unfortunately, I was out of town over the weekend visiting friends, so I wasn't able to come back sooner. Today, I came directly to the store hoping to exchange the product for a higher-quality item and pay the price difference. It had only been three days, but they refused to make any exception or help me in any way. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the male employee who was working at the store today. The female employee who originally sold me the product was very helpful and polite. However, the male employee I dealt with today was completely different. He showed no interest in helping me, made absolutely no effort to find a solution, and had a careless and dismissive attitude. I honestly have never dealt with such a disrespectful salesperson. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the product for a higher-quality and more expensive item and pay the difference. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend this store. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.

I bought something from their store and specifically ask them before I left can I return this if its not the right one, said he said YES U can return it and two days later I had to return it and I had to come back 3 different times and try to return it and they won't even return my full money some but not full refund so I do not recommend them store their customer service okay in the beginning when you want to buy something but when you want to return it they don't want to do it read more
