Popped in here for some lotto tickets, after getting an adjustment at the joint next door. A nice man greeted me and I got my tickets and left. Small place, but they seem to have a good selection of bongs, cigs, and vapes. There was a girl on the phone who ignored me when I walked in, but the nice man called me over. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. First time ever going there and at first the guy was nice. bought a puff bar, and he was like ohhh try the plus one. So i did, because they guy was nice i was like why not . Immediately opened the package and it was leaking had vape juice all over it , wasn't able to use. Went to call but they were already closed. came the next day and he refused to exchange it. "store policy" ... so it's ok to sell faulty product and refuse to exchange for one that works? honestly this guy sucks. took advantage of me. enjoy selling products that cause cancer , and being rude to little girls attempting to support small business... read more

Summary: Go here, save money, leave happy! This place is great! The guy at the counter was really nice and helpful and the prices are super competitive! Had a special for $4.15 Camels. Not $4.15 each when you buy 2. Just $4.15 period. I never see that! The Parliament Lights that my friend gets at the Shell across the street cost her 7 bucks each time but I got her a pack here for $5.80. He also gave me a great discount on vapor oils when I told him I got the same ones for less at another place. They obviously really want your business and will be good to you to get it. This guy is SUCH A JACK... I normally don't leave reviews but, I was there last night at around 7:07 after having a beer at Chuy's bar (because I like to support locals) and I bought 3 items valued at like $37 or so and I did an exchange because I wanted to get better items and HE SAID I COULD COME BACK TOMORROW AND RETURN the items.. and the woman who works there was super nice she even put aside a XL Dodgers World Series shirt for me to get this morning and I asked the guy to please check the cameras's and he said he didn't have time ?! I get it, people get busy, HE said he was there all day yesterday and that I wasn't there. I asked him again if he could please check the camera's and he hung up on me . AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT. Flat out rude and unhelpful on the phone, and will probably hang up on you if they don't feel like talking to you. Turned what would have been a 3-4 star review to a 2 star. Being polite to somebody buying something is easy, but if you want people to frequent your business, treat POTENTIAL customers the same way. read more
