Very excited to learn that this shop is under new ownership. I stopped by the other morning to grab something and was surprised to see Sam behind the counter. I have been buying vape supplies from Sam for years in Santa Barbara. I cannot imagine anyone has more knowledge of the vaping industry than him. The reason why I am excited of the new ownership is that, rather than working as an employee, it turns out that, this is now Sam's store--the American dream is alive and well in Moorpark, California! I went back to the other day and saw Sam has already gone to work improving the product selection. We talked for a bit about all the changes that are coming soon. As soon as some of the new display cases are in, there should be a lot more products. In the meantime, plenty of high-quality juices are in stock. Based on the old reviews, I imagine a lot of people stopped shopping here. If this is you, I highly recommend you go back and give this store another shot. If you never shopped here before and are looking for high quality products at a fair price, I recommend this store for sure--especially if you have questions. To get the most enjoyment out of vaping, there is a lot to know and a lot to consider. Sam will steer you in the right direction. There is a reason I used to buy all my vaping supplies at a shop in Santa Barbara. It is great to know that Sam will reap the benefits of his labor much greater now that in the years past. If you do shop here under the new ownership, you too should leave a review. The low rating that the store has as of the date of this post is misleading. Their service was great. I needed some pods for my device and sadly they didn't carry them. They offered to order them for me so I told them that I would be back later to pick them up. It took a few days but they arrived and I was able to purchase the pods. It's worth noting that about a month earlier, a different shop a few blocks away said that they were going to order the pods since they didn't carry them, but they never did. I am very happy with this tobacco zone, and I will always have respect for people and businesses which are true to their word. Needless to say I will be back. R read more

Second time I buy a product and it dosent work, no exchanges or refunds! I even showed him the product right when I opened it, it was also leaking when he saw it. Some years ago, they might have been nice and helpful, but not anymore. They charge twice the going rate for ecig batteries, and the worst of all is when i asked why their prices were so high and whether i could return if the charger didn't work (he tried to sell me a charger for something else). He quickly pointed to no returns or exchanges and was just a nasty person. If he is so unhappy being here, he should just leave and go back home. His greed in overcharging and all around nasty attitude is what prompted me to write this review. If you need any tobacco related items DON'T GO HERE !!! I don't know how many other races others visit this location but I'm in the area and i stop by and ask the man for matches so he asks me for my ID i get it i look young but for matches so i tell him I'll be right back and i go to the car and grab my wallet. When i return in the store he has the matches in his hand i show him my Id and i sat you're the first person to ever ask for an ID and ooh did his whole attitude change he says oh no you want these for free i said no i will pay for them he says i have to pay for these from the factor i said that's fine I WILL PAY FOR THE MATCHES! He says oh no i don't want to serve to you any more i have the right i said why he says because i told him he's the first person to ask me for Id so as i walk out he says fucking bitch so i walk back in and exchange friendly words with him myself two wrongs do not make a wrong but I'm taught customers always come first and he had no right not to serve me and then threaten to call the police on me so i will never go here again i simply walked next door to cvs and purchased a lighter for $1.00 no Id needed or any problems doing so! read more
