This shop has a couple nice people working here. But it's ran by children that don't understand how to take accountability for employees mistakes. I won $150 in store credit during a raffle they had where they never once said that I needed to spend it right then and there. So I came in a month later to purchase a few things and was told that I can't use them. Seemed like they changed the rules last minute or management was not clear with their staff on how to run the raffle. This isn't the first problem with this store. If they would have meet me in the middle and understood the issue was with the store staff and not me I would have left a happy customer spending more money. read more

Initially it was a good experience going into this shop . We bought a vape pen and were told we had 48 hours to return it . Went home and used the pen that night and discovered it gets extremely hot , too hot to hold. Went back to the shop not even 24 hours later and we were told it cannot be returned because it was used ?!? This information was not given to us the day before and this policy doesn't make any sense at all . Buyer beware , nice people but not truthful and horrible customer service read more

So I have been an avid customer at this location bought a heavy big beaker within a week only used it twice the down stem area broke .. I purposely bought this so it wouldn't happen. so I went in knowing I wouldn't get a free piece just seeing what kind of customer service they do and may I be dead honest I felt bad for the worker but horrible service on ownership and all bad customer service I will never go back and will never recommend this glass shop .and it's sad to say was trying to stay local but you lost a great customer this shop needs to learn customer service ..
