Great service! Had everything we needed and super accommodating :) Shout out to the cashier, (Andrew?). Thanks again, life saver. read more

Seems they have raised their prices and lowered their discounts. Looks like one dude is running the show and other employees can't or won't ring up customers. Had to haggle for a lower discount than I usually get. Not worth it, finding a different spot from now on. read more

There is a sacred bond between a person and their tobacco products purveyor, and no smoke shop honors this bond quite like Wild Side. Did my previous tobacco guy get a little drunk on shift at the liquor store and comment on my thighs? Yes. Am I now traveling twice the distance for the same product for some peace of mind? Also yes. Do I feel safe and welcome at Wild Side? Fuck yes I do. Shout out Daniel and the whole staff at Wild Side for valuing my business and making me feel welcome every time. read more

Bought a vape from them, it broke after 3 days, they said sorry it's been way to long to replace it because their return policy is 2 days, and the dude was a little snobby about it to Then he thought it was funny to ask if I want the receipt back Don't buy from them unless you want to get sold broken vapes they refuse to replace read more

Honestly if you hate on this place your probably miserable and looking for company per usual there prices can be a little better but they'll work with you if you express how much you really want it your getting straight quality stuff everyone there is down to earth. If you like quality items at a decent price this is your place read more

I always have the best experiences at this store, but today took the cake. The young man working there was so kind to me when I really needed it. And I was trying so hard not to cry that I forgot to get his name. But this guy deserves a raise. My car wouldn't start because something's wrong with my battery. He saw me struggling, closed the shop and used his break time to quickly jump my battery and then I was on my way home. Needless to say I will keep shopping there!!! read more

Been going here for about 3 months now. Great customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and accessories. 5 stars, The best in the area in my opinion. read more

This place is def the place to go for glass & a ton of Raw products. They have a massive selection of glass from pipes to bongs, steam rollers, even hookahs. The guys are always super helpful & playing nice music, can just ask questions & get exactly what you're looking for. read more

Worst place I've ever done business with go any place else. Salzers destroys their prices. They sold me a fucked up blunt wrap and wouldn't exchange it. Lamest thing I've ever h read more

I should have read their reviews before I bought there. One of them said the same thing I went through. Even word for word response of what they said. Other mentioned defective products. When I bought my vape mod and tank, they were friendly and helpful. After one day my tank started to leak. I called the shop and told them that I just bought my tank and vape mod there the day before and the tank is leaking. The person said I should bring it in so they can take a look at it. They never told me that there was a 48 hour return policy, and when I called the person never said anything about the 48 hour return policy. (Was this to avoid the return?) I went two days later as I don't live near there. When I did go. I was passed on to two other workers, one says he will call the manager to see what he could do. The person then gives me the phone to talk to the manager who said the same thing. Sorry we won't replace it, but we will give you a discount on another one. I explained that if they had told me that there was a 48 hour return policy, I would have gone that day. The manager said, even if you did, we wouldn't have taken the return. So they replaced the coil saying that was the problem. The problem is that the tank would leak randomly. Buyer beware read more

What a shithole of a smoke shop. I bought a battery for my vape, I've had it now 3 days and the battery starts flashing, and now it won't charge. I came in to try and exchange it and they said the only thing they can offer me is a discount to buy a new one?why would I need to buy a new battery after 3 days? How is it my fault I was sold a damaged item? Baffles me!I will never be comming to this smoke shop. At least zzyzx or salzers backs their products they sell. read more

I have nothing bad to say about this place and I think the amount some of the negative comments on here are a little uncalled for. They have a great selection even for someone as picky as me. Its not the cheapest place ever but given the lack of competition in the area the prices are completely fair. That's just supply and demand. You're not going to get Chinatown pricing at a place in the Conejo Valley....if you want Chinatown pricing you should go to Chinatown. I've purchased at least 4 or 5 things here and can't come up with one complaint. The guy who helped me last was quite enthusiastic but he was pretty cute and I appreciated the effort. Everyone who works here is nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you think this place has bad customer service, you're probably a bad customer. read more

Super helpful place! The staff is super friendly and great prices. If you are looking for high quality smoking products and great pricing this is the place to go! Really enjoy coming here and will come a lot more often now! read more

Had a quartz banger break at the neck and Micah over on Johnson Drive took care of me. Great Customer Service. He wasn't even a manager, he should be though. He definitely went out of his way to try and make me feel better about my situation. read more

This place is great, they have a huge selection of glass and a very knowledgeable staff. I went in looking for something specific and on Andrews recommendation bought something completely different which at $200 was a bit of a risk but I couldn't be happier with the piece I got. I definitely recommend Wild Side for your next piece, go talk to Andrew and he'll send you in the right direction. It looks like a lot of the negative feedback they've got in the past about high prices and people breaking their piece and wanting money back are ridiculous and shouldn't be paid attention to. You get what you pay for and that's product and service. Wild Side gets 5 stars from me... read more

Great customer service. Very chill guy and knowledgeable about vape types and batteries.

Even after all the years of being in business they are still the biggest rip off in town. The quality is decent but if you look around you can find it for a better price. Customer service is awful. The attitude made me regret buying glass from them. Save your money and look elsewhere. read more

Their prices are a rip off. The same 20 dollar but even better pipe is 9.99 at the smoke shop by Vons on Telegraph and the girl just kept my 50 cents change LOL didn't even offer it to me. $21.00 wasted‍ read more

Came in a little before close, got great service as I always do. I definitely appreciate the good attitude.. Will be back as usual!!

Poor staff. The young man who works at night seems uninterested. He was not helpful at all.

Second time I've come to this store and the guy working has such a bad attitude. He is pushy as if he's making commission like a car salesman or something and gets mad if you don't end up buying anything and says some snarky comment. Well he met his match today! You shut up real quick! read more

Had a great experience picking out a piece for a friend. Guy was really helpful, prices were good =) will be back for sure

Great selection & good prices. Best local smoke shop.

By far the best smoke shop! I live near by so I'm lucky to have this shop, always great service especially Juan super helpful. They almost always have deals and specials and real quality selections. Highly recommend and wont go anywhere else! read more

We went in today looking for a new rig, the guy working was really nice and willing to help us with all our price questions and show us all the best options. Was a really good smoke shop experience and I would recommend wild side to anyone looking for fair priced pieces, they have two locations as well so there is a ton of options , they carry good quality pieces so you know it's all worth the splurge. I will continue to buy from them, but wish they had one in camarillo read more

Went in this morning to the shop in ventura and i have to say i was very pleased with my experience. Staff went out of their way to make sure i was happy and left with what i needed. Wasnt my first time inside this shop and it will definitely not be my last! read more

Had an issue with them today but prompt service immediately changed my opinion of them. Accidents happen and miscommunication occurs. I also wasn't the nicest person because I was upset due to what occurred. I always appreciate good customer service and they did a great job of rectifying the situation. I removed my original post because I have always had a good experience with them and don't feel like it's fair to leave the original post up after they did a good job fixing the issue. read more

Workers are useless and rude this shop sucks, go down to pipeline instead for better deals and better service.

Walked in here trying to buy a cheap as in -cheapest water pipe you have- piece because I travel weekly and don't want a broken piece in my luggage. The kid working the counter refused to give us price ranges or tell us which pieces were inexpensive. "Yeah dude every piece in here has a price tag" is the most condescending bull I've heard this week. Not one recommendation on ANY of the items I was interest in? Ok thanks buddy. I end up seeing an acrylic junker hidden in the novelty section of their cases we wanted to buy it and get out of there, the only problem is that another guy came in the shop right as we found what we were looking for. My husband and I were left waiting for 15+ minutes while the clerk and random guy talked about a pyramid scheme the customer was peddling. The clerk then gave me an attitude when I asked if I could interrupt them to make a purchase. I never thought I would be annoyed trying to buy a bong. Listen, I know you're 19 and work in a smoke shop but try and pretend you give a crap about the people who enter your place. A little courtesy and I would have bought one of your 400 dollar pieces and whatever accessories I needed. You lost a valuable customer by being arrogant. read more

If I can give this smoke shop ZERO STARS I would. They really dont care about their customers. If you purchase something there and it breaks the next day they pretty much say sorry about your luck. Their glass is cool but priced to high. I recommend shopping around cuz u can find it cheaper. And if you tell them that watch how fast they drop the price. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR E-NAILS. They tell you they have a warranty then they make u contact the seller which is impossible to reach. I spent about 1000 dollars there just this year n still no love. read more

Good Prices, Bad Quality, Questionable Customer Service. Last night, I purchased an 18" tall 8 tree percolator glass on glass water pipe from Wild Side down town on Main St, with a 5 barrel downstem and bowl to replace my piece that I broke earlier this week. After using my brand new piece to medicate for two sessions last night, I was in love with the piece. It hit smooth, worked well, I was excited about the purchase I had made. I woke up this morning to give my new toy a try, picked it up, and upon doing so 3 of the 5 barrels on the down stem simply fell off. I didn't drop it, or bang it against anything, I simply lifted it up off of my carpeted floor and it fell apart which I didn't know was possible. I came in this morning to see if it could be fixed or what could be done. The gentleman behind the counter told me it could not be fixed and offered to sell me sub-par down stem at full price. After I explained that I did nothing to make the break happen (I honestly didn't it just broke), and asked if he could do anything for me, he then offered me $5 off the sub-par downstem, explaining that if he just replaced it he wouldn't be able to stay in business. To which I thought, he also isn't going to stay in business if he keeps losing customers. I am a local small business owner and clients satisfaction is an incredibly important part of my company, and I do understand that companies must make money to stay in business. However, I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing various pieces from Wild in the past, the disappointing purchase I made yesterday will be the last. Similarly, I have a friend who also needed to replace a piece that broke this week, and after I told him what happened he said he was going to go to Salzer's or Venice instead, and now I wish I had too. read more

First time writing a yelp review but had an amazing experience coming here ! Had a lot of of help with everything by Seth

HUGE selection. The people are friendly and informative. The guy that was helping me gave me personal likes/dislikes about units I asked about... no sales pitch. The prices are pretty fair. I've looked online and the 2 items I have bought were priced exactly the same... only I didn't have to pay shipping and handling. PLUS, they will give you a discount if you pay with cash. Also, while I was there, a guy came in and said he accidentally dropped his glass bowl just outside... they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Pretty top notch shop if you ask me. read more

Tonight was my first time hearing about this smoke shop after a friend recommended me to head over and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of batteries, wraps, RAW merchandise, glass, etc. The shop may be seemingly small but it has most of the essentials. I was looking to pick up a metal down stem and the only ones available were the glass ones, but honestly I'm not complaining! The airflow was pretty nice and the down stem itself is fairly thick and sturdy. The minute we walked in we were greeted warmly by the gentleman working the cash register and he checked up on us to help us out if we needed anything and he was more than willing to show me the different sizes of their down stems and even compared them for me so I could actually see the differences in sizes, and it was at a very fair price. I've been the smoke shop across the way from Kellogg park and the place is just too cramped and there isn't much space to look around and take your time, but I was very happy and comfortable browsing in this smoke shop and I am definitely coming back for all of my essentials. I also wanted to say how appreciative I was of the great customer service I had with the gentleman that helped me out. I wasn't able to catch his name but he wears glasses and wore his hat backwards, anyways, super chill dude and overall very helpful. He even offered to bubble wrap the down stem for me and I almost didn't know how to act because no one has ever offered to do that and I thought it was a nice touch. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Horrible Smoke shop. Sells sub-par glass that looks good but breaks the second you take it home. Had a perc simply crack within the piece (Phyre Legacy) upon opening it, called this place up asking for help and I was verbally berated and insulted. When I asked for a return, I was immediately told "there is no way you are ever getting your money back". When I then asked to speak to the owner, I was denied that privilege as well. Never come here. Horrible business model, awful customer service, and greedy unhelpful "managers". SCAM/10 read more

Huge selection of everything. Cant even begin to explain. Vaporizers of all shapes and sizes even portable ones that fit in your pocket!!!! Largest glass selection i have ever seen. from the moment you walk it the atmosphere in friendly and very upbeat. Customer service was GREAT the employee made sure to switch between the people that were in there that way we didn't feel as is we were just window shopping or just left unhelped. After purchasing a one of a kind SIMBA i arrived home and all troubles then left me. I have never used a better, smoother, nicer piece. If anyone hasn't seen these pieces they are a MUST!!!!! LEFT there like a kid leaving a candy store. Will definitely be back to add on to my already amazing purchase read more

Buyer Beware! I bought a device there. It was defective. Turned right around and he would not exchange. Showed the "dude" the defective part compared to another of the same and explained how the difference made it defective. Offered to trade up to a more expensive model. They would not credit me for the defective part. Asked to speak to the owner. Dude doesn't know. Called credit card company in his presence and cancelled the charge.
