Got great service from Bryce. I came for more butane, and they had a few options. As a cigar smoker I took a look at their collection which was OKAY, but priced high. This is my husbands and my "Go to" cigerette store, no matter where we are in the county although we live in Ventura, we will not go anywhere else but there. There open till late and they open up early. The customer service has always been friendly and i love how what i need is remembered before i have to ask. Prices are reasonable, store is clean, knowledgable of there products, service is fast and they practice social distancing. Went in a second time to give it another try and some of the cigars are over-humidified and some of the cigars are cracking. I found a good one in the end and it said on the shelf $3.50 and charged me $3.75 and i gave $5 and recieved one dollar back, doesnt give back the right amount of change as well as the person who helped me was on the phone the whole time. Super cool dudes run this place. They always have fresh cigars and a good selection of things made out of glass used to smoke delicious plants. This is my only smoke shop. Sam is a very friendly guy. He always has a recommendation on some new Vape flavor and lots of samples. My tip is to get their frequent flyer card.
