This smoke shop rocks. Smokers Paradise is the best in Ventura County. The prices are very reasonable and you love their quality staff. Mya and Jordan are my two favorite people and they go out of their way to help you at all lengths. The whole staff works there are very special too. They make you feel important there and they're not after your money. The selection they carry is awesome. This is the #1 smoke shop you must try going there. Easy access right on Victoria Avenue right next to the 99 Cents store and near Baskin Robbins. Thank you guys at that smoke shop for all your help and for being wonderful people. read more

My experience at Smokers Paradise was extremely disappointing. The store's ambiance was filled with a strong smell of stale smoke, indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The customer service was unhelpful and disinterested, with staff members displaying little knowledge or enthusiasm for the products. The limited selection and exorbitant pricing further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I would not recommend Smokers Paradise as it failed to meet my expectations in terms of atmosphere, service, and product availability. Forest was rude incompetent, unreliable. Hello, yesterday I read reviews about the smoke shops in Ventura. I stopped reading after I saw the glowing reviews for Smoker's Paradise. It's in a great location. When I walked in I was greeted, No one does that any more. Well, Ms Mia came over to me and asked me what I was looking for. Mia gave me the tour of the store. I felt like they rolled out the red carpet! I was looking for the pipe tobacco (which of course they had). So I got my tobacco on...... This store was so clean and smelt great, wonderful customer service (thank you Mia). Keep up the great job! Pam W. read more

As a first time smoker it can be a little intimidating going into smoke shops. I went in for a hand pipe without much knowledge of them. Basing my choice on looks, but thanks to the receptionist, Maya she explained the difference between each piece which made it easier for me to pick the right one for me. They have so many options to choose from and many cute pieces. Thanks to Maya not only do I love my piece but I feel much comfortable with the knowledge she gave me about each pipe. So if you're like me who needs help and is Indecisive smokers paradise is the shop for you! read more

I went in to Smokers Paradise on Saturday afternoon. I didn't get the young women's name, but she was awesome. I have never vaped before, but I am a longtime smoker. She was knowledgeable and quickly set me up with everything I needed to quit smoking and start vaping. She didn't push expensive stuff I didn't need she just helped me make informed decisions about what I wanted out of the product. I would recommend Smokers Paradise to anyone needing smoking or vaping supplies. read more

Smoker's Paradise is hands down my FAVORITE shop in Ventura County! (And I have shopped at lots of them) All of the employees are very helpful and quick to answer questions or find the answer if they are unsure. When NO ONE had the replacement pods or coils for my vape- they were able to get everything I needed in stock pretty fast! I will never go anywhere else! read more

This place is awesome, the people are always there to help, they treat their customers like friends and not just customers. They take the rime to learn your name and get to know you, can't say that about many others. And anything you need for your smoking needs, no need to look elsewhere. read more
