I am a medical patient which is why I had to go through doctors to get my recommendation. I have ailments that I use my medications for. The doctors agreed that my ailments are causing me pain on a daily basis which is why I need my medication and was given the recommendation from my doctors for my state medical card. As a patient with life long ailments, the way I was treated was absolutely horrible and unethical. Being told I am no longer welcome to Mr. Councilmen Ned Davis' store as a medical patient with life long ailments is very insulting, disheartening, unethical and overall unprofessional. The other owner Patrick was eventually included in the emails, and said absolutely nothing about this entire ordeal. I will update once there is more.

I had previously had a very positive experience with Ryan at Ojai Greens, which makes what happened today even more disappointing. On July 10, I placed an order of more than $100 with Ryan. He was awesome. He helped me select the right flower, took care of my order, delivered it, and I tipped him accordingly. I even called to thank him. That is what good customer service looks like, and it made me want to continue doing business with Ojai Greens. Today was the complete opposite. I called at 1:30 pm wanting to place another order and was told by Luis that I had to order online before 4:00 PM. I wanted to place the order verbally. He refused but suggested after I placed my order online, I call them. I tried. Their website was malfunctioning, and I have screenshots documenting the problems I was having. From 1:30 to 3:52 I tried to place an order online. Rather than simply taking my order verbally--as Ryan had previously done--the people I spoke with stopped being helpful. I was left without a solution and ultimately felt completely ignored. I was a repeat customer trying to spend another $100+ with this business. This should have been incredibly easy: take the order, help the customer, and complete the sale. Instead, Ojai Greens turned a happy repeat customer into an angry former customer. Businesses seem to have forgotten that COVID did not eliminate the need for customer service. If anything, businesses should be working harder to take care of the customers who choose to spend their money with them. I believe in recognizing good service, which is why I specifically want to acknowledge Ryan. Unfortunately, today's experience with Luis and the other man I spoke with who put me on hold for 14 minutes and never returned to the line was unacceptable. I won't continue giving my business to a company that makes it difficult for me to spend money with them and then ignores me when their own ordering system isn't working. When I asked Luis for the manager, he said he wasn't in. Ojai Greens had a loyal repeat customer. They lost one today.
