And then I would undercut the market by 30% and operate on volume over profit margins because the economy has changed and the folks who put together a strategy that mirrors the problems in the pockets of its customers will have a line out the door and people will stick around, buy more and invite their friends. Maybe add a rockin' coffee bar?! The traditional model of foreigners arriving and putting the exact same products on the shelves as the guy across the street without any sense of differentiation, no marketing plan, mediocre customer service; it's all rather tired and not an attractive addition to the community. Then expecting customer loyalty and offering cash discounts such as "Sure you can pay me an extra $5 bucks for being stupid enough to walk in the door." The best vapes are available in Agoura Hills at The Treasure Chest for 25% less. And you don't have to pay for fluorescent lighting sure to provide a head ache on your way in. Seemingly entirely uninterested in knowing their market, just stock up, add some tacky cheap jewelry and open the doors. This isn't downtown Chinatown but they keep repeating the theme, not offering anything, no incentive to return and ultimately make me feel like garbage for patronizing them at all. No one is bad. No. But no one even TRIES to be wonderful. A strong theme in all kinds of businesses lately wherein creativity and innovation are checked at the lease signing. A supremely cozy lounge where people who smoke can discuss an intelligent plan for quitting? Just to start. Give away samples. Don't hoard your money. They aren't coming because you're not offering anything worthwhile so they all become increasingly .' 'vulturous.' This is our country and you're welcome to my money when you price compete and offer an environment that doesn't give me a stomach ache. Just left puffy Smoke Shop and I was more then impressed with the selection, prices, and service! The owner was amazingly helpful with the selection process and helping me find the perfect piece I had in mind. So this is hands down the best smoke shop my husband and I have ever been too. And we visit tons of them. We are from Bakersfield and not here and I left my vape juice at home and needed to get some and I yelped vape shop this one came up and I'm so glad we went!! The owner is soooo knowledgeable and has great prices. We literally walked out of there with a new coil new juice cbd and a new bong for the hubs for 49$. You can't beat the prices. They have security system that pull over drivers in back alley with red and blue flashing lights. Makes them feel like criminals when all they were doing is going to CVS or Taco bell for dinner. Also disturbs the neighbors most ships in mall have rule no outside noise in back alley including dumping of trash after 7pm in respect for the neighbors. I tried to explain to owner that I had called the fire dept 10 years ago behind the shop when getting taco bell and spotted a palet fire.. I got taco bell and was heading home and saw a big fire behind the strip mall. I'm actally a good citizen. But this owner treats me like criminal and pulls me over when driving by, every time I have cancer too. I don't even think its real police pulling me over with red and blue lights. read more

Hi its me Mr Cheap....So I had $5 it was change dimes and nickels (not pennies and I just wanted to use change I had cash on me) I wanted to buy a bowl. He literally had what was maybe a $2 bowl that had the handle broken off. He told me first it wasn't broken and when I pointed out the handle was missing he finally acknowledged that it was broken. I gave him the change and he said now it's $7. What an absolute jerk. My friend went there last weekend to buy a new tank for his mod because the glass had broken and he didn't even have a tank just full mods and nothing brand name like Smok.
