This smoke shop is by far one of the best ive been to in this location. I went in with my boyfriend just now and we were helped by Ace, who we found out has worked there since the store opened. He told us how he pours his heart and soul into the place and it really shows, as the shop is so well put together and taken care of with so many amazing pieces, and also as he is such a kind hearted guy with EXCELLENT customer service. working in customer service myself, i know how it feels to want to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, and he did just that. he also gave us some excellent discounts on pieces, including an item that we accidentally broke and he did not make us pay for. i highly highly recommend this smoke shop if you live in the area or are just visiting, it promise it will be worth your time and money. I was calling around to different places, and Ace was the guy I immediately felt was going to be helpful. I am so thankful I went here, because he was so informative and patient about hearing me out about my woes, and gave a variety of recommendations, and was so completely generous and understanding this was all new to me.
