From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted by an awesome atmosphere and an inventory that has the BEST PRICES in Los Angeles!!! I was lucky to live nearby, but honestly, if I weren't leaving LA, I'd still make the drive because the gas-to-price deal is totally worth it! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible customer service--especially from this amazing guy named Angel. He's an absolute gem! His positive vibes are contagious, and he has this incredible knack for turning even the worst day into a good one. Whether it's his genuine customer service or just a quick chat to spread some good energy, he goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. I always felt like I was chatting with a friend instead of just a store employee. The selection of products is always growing, and to this day, I still can't find my go-to vape (that Angel suggested) at any other shop--super annoying! But it just shows they're one step ahead... Angel is always super knowledgeable and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. It's clear he cares about the customers/people in general and takes pride in his work, which makes all the difference. As I move away, I'm genuinely sad to be leaving my go-to shop behind. If you're in the area and looking for a place with great products and even better service, this is the sPot! And definitely say hi to Angel--he truly is an "Angel" in every sense of the word! I will miss this place dearly!

This shop is closest to my house so I used to go here every week. That stops today. My brother used…read moreto say he got a few bad geek bars from here so he stopped going but I never had that experience so I kept going. The geek bars cost 38$ which is already criminal but for convenience I dealt with it. I went and got one yesterday after work from the blonde haired gentleman, opened it and tried it and it worked. Then about 6 hours later of it literally just sitting in my house I went to try it and it wouldn't smoke and started blinking and showing full battery full juice. Which I found out means it's a bad battery which is a common malfunction. So I took it back the next day and expressed my situation. The bald gentleman behind the counter started breathing heavy and basically trying to say there's nothing he can do. I said I come here every week and these things are almost 40$. He said best I can do is give you half price for another one. So I paid about 60$ for 1 vape. I bit my tongue and did it just to finally have one but I told him I'm never coming back.
