Cigs is a perfect place for someone that enjoys their tobacco. They stock almost any brand one can think of at reasonable prices. If you roll your own, they have the accessories for that, including cigarette filters. If you love cigars, well this is a place for you as well. The place has a decent sized walk in cigar incubator for their endless cigar collection to choose from. If you prefer to smoke tobacco or even maybe some illegal substance, they have an assortment of pipes. My buddy comes here for his needs, and loves this place. I accompanied him and witnessed the professionalism first hand. The staff is super friendly and cares for your needs and specific addictions. They are very knowledgeable of their products. This place has the WORST costumer service. I called to see if they were open and had a question. The women that answered was so rude and couldn't help me. I got there 10 minutes after calling (she knew I was on my way) and she decided to go on her 20 minute break knowing a costumer was on the way! I knocked and called again, no answer. She had been sitting in her car behind my car watching me try to call and knock for 5 minutes before she stuck her head out of her window to say "I have 10 minutes left on my 20 minute break". Seriously!? 1. You knew a costumer was coming. PERFECT time to take your short break. 2. You saw me pull up and chose not to say anything but sit back and watch. 3. Been coming to this store for too long. I am obligated to do errands for a homebound chain-smoker and amongst my burdens is to acquire copious amounts of cigarettes (I know, I live a charmed life). Point being they pissed off the wrong one today. Usual young woman is there, today happened to not be (or appeared to not be) stoned, which is very unusual. I asked how many cartons of whatever cigarettes I'm supposed to buy, did they have? Only to be told X amount but she wasn't willing to sell them all...to me. Literally would only sell me 2 of the 4 cartons they had. So, in an attempt to come back to this place as infrequently as possible, I asked for another 4 cartons of a "comparable" brand. Purchased, in total, 6 cartons of cigarettes, spending between $350-$400 (receipt not in front of me right now). Well this will be the LAST purchase I make from this "business". It's far from the only cigarette store in Camarillo. I'll be doing business with any other cigarette store from now on, after making sure they have no affiliation (same owner, ect.) with this store. Went in for a vape yesterday with a friend, the girl at the counter asked my friend to get her food from wing stop next door. I guess my friend goes and buys these vapes a lot so I figured they where friendly and that's why she asked, now I went with my friend because he is handicapped and needs assistance sometimes. After we got back home she discovered the vape was broken and called the store to see if she could get another one, a refund, or credit towards a new one. The same girl we were so nice too then goes off on her saying she was trying to make her feel sorry for my friend because she's handicapped and is going through a hard time when all was asked was for a faulty product to be replaced. If you can't replace it that's fine but be a decent human being about it. Worst customer service! She should be fired. read more

I went here yesterday to purchase juice. There were a few stores around me, this store however is closer to my block. I've been a repeat customer and they have a wide selection of premium juices compared to other shops. There is only one thing that I didn't like and that is the unwelcoming attitude of the man working yesterday afternoon. I walked-in and he was in the middle of talking to another person and I was treated as if I was bothering their conversation. Was not even welcomed properly, and was given the what do you need, here you go, now get out attitude. It's not as if you guys are in the big company luxury business, but you guys are still in the customer business arena, treat other customer like that and they'll find themselves going to a different store. Keep in mind that you guys have competition in your proximity and word of mouth is a powerful thing. That's how my friends and I found your shop. read more

This store deserves zero stars. I bought a lighter there because I wanted one that would work in high winds. The guy who sold it to me told me that it was rechargeable and that any USB charger could be used. The first time I used the lighter, it worked well. However, the second time I used it, the lighter didn't work. I took it back the very next day and when my son and I walked in, I heard someone say "hello" twice in a small voice, although the shop looked empty. Finally I said "where are you" and she appeared. I explained that my husband had thrown away the receipt and that I wanted to either return the lighter or get a refund. She told me that they didn't even sell that lighter!!! My son showed her others in her showcase. She then called the guy who sold it to me the day before and confirmed that I had indeed bought the lighter. She took the lighter out of my hand and told me that the lighter had been "used" and she wasn't going to refund or exchange the lighter. It had to have been used in order to determine it didn't work. She also didn't have the USB charger needed for this product because the USB charger was outdated. Not only was she extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional, but she didn't care that I told her I would write a bad review in Yelp. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!! read more
