This place blows. I was a good customer until they sold me 3 recyclers in a row that not only sucked, but were totally defective. After the third one, I came back in from the parking lot after 10 minutes Explaining that it was defective and asking to let me trade out for a different one. They would not even let me trade for the other one that was the exact same one, even after showing them that it didn't work. Greedy, shady fuckers. Will say anything to get your money, include selling you junk that doesn't work. They don't let you try before you buy either, so you are taking risk every time you buy something from here. After paying we were chased by an employee claiming we didn't pay and that that we were privileged white people in front of families with children. Disgusting and an unwarranted. I never changed my opinion. I used to buy stuff here regularly but they sold me some old blunt wrap that just cracked and fell apart when I opened it. They refused to give me another or a refund. Women, Avoid this place. There are a few guys that work at this location, and they have all been rude, and instead of being kind and helping me, they have talked down to me and treated me like I am wasting their time. I have dealt with at least 3 different men at this store and have ALWAYS walked out of there feeling bad. I have been to this place several times due to convenience, and have spent considerable money on high end vape batteries. Everything has since broken. Recently I purchased a $30 battery, and it immediately started acting up after charging it, when I took it back to them, they jiggled it, talked to me like I was stupid, and blamed the malfunction of their equipment on me. Well, despite my best efforts of using their battery, made by YMER - it still doesn't work, no matter how much jiggling, and swapping out cartridges, and charging it, and having other people try it. If you have to jiggle and mess with something to get it to work - that means - it doesn't work. These people package up low quality items, sell them at a high price, and then blame you if they don't work. I have also had problems with their spinners. In my experience they are friendlier to men, which makes sense, so if you are a guy and don't mind buying poor quality, then this place may be for you. Now that cannabis is legal in California, and there is a dispensary nearby in Port Hueneme, whose clientele is more women than men, there are a lot of women who are looking for high end supplies and who need help in deciding whats right for them. Almost a week ago my friend and I went in Royal Kings Smoke Shop. We live on the other side of Camarillo. Each time we spend a fairly nice amount. We purchased a digital pocket scale. We got home and wanted to set it as instructed. It only said Err. On 11/5/19 with the receipt I went and told him all I wanted to do was exchange it for another. The worker wasn't very nice and then said we don't exchange or refund. Well all the business we did there is over. We won't go back and will tell everyone not to go there. read more

I moved here to oxnard from ventura a few months ago and was in search of a new smoke shop. I decided to go here because it was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised because they carried the same items my other smoke shop in Ventura carried. The people who own the place are always pleasant, especially if you are a regular. The only thing I don't like is they charge to use credit or debit, but I guess that's a small price to pay to get exactly what you want, with pleasant service. read more

I was in your store and I bought a bong and when I got home which was in North Bank Hoover there was no bowl for the ball so I couldn't smoke it. I called the store back once I got home and told the lady what had happened and she said oh darn it... You can come in and get a new bowl and I said oh darn? I live all the way north van I'm not gonna Drive all way back downtown just to get a new bowl. She then replied and said if you're just gonna be rude I'm gonna hang up and then hung up. I tried to call her back to see what the return policy was and she blocked my calls 50 times calling from several different phones. I called back a couple hours later and finally got a hold of some guy who answered the phone saying that he had no idea what had happened. I went back the next day and the same girl was working and I told her that I wanted my money back due to the customer service that I had received and she told me that if I don't leave with her giving me the bowl that I had already purchased with the bong that she was going to call the police. She then lied to my face and said that she was the manager when I know she's not because she could be any older than 20 she began calling the police. Never have I received such poor customer service and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to purchase any products from the store. read more

This right here is the place to go to. I've been coming here since it opened and the staff is excellent, every single one of them and don't believe anything anyone posts bad about any of them. These men (NO woman) have ever worked here. Super sweet, they always help me replace coils and sell me the vaping juice at a better price then any other shop! They treat me like family. So I've been coming here for a little over 2 years and it's not like I go here everyday but maybe like 2-3 times per month. so tonight I was talking to the guy about a product I purchased from them about 2 months before that broke. I wasn't mad that it broke or that when it broke it injured me I just wanted to buy a replacement. Well the first guy didn't know what I was talking about and the second guy who came out from the back immediately denied selling me the product claiming he had never seen me before... Ok I'm one of how many people that go into the store on a monthly basis and I don't care about refund or return so why get defensive I know I got it here because before tonight this was the only place I went I even brought a lot of out of town family here. Not anymore this place blows and I've always thought they were too expensive. I'll take business someplace else and encourage you to as well.
