The service here is terrible and this place is mismanaged. They over charge for everything. Recommend you go elsewhere.

They have some good wines and prices of usually pretty reasonable. I was able to get a top notch bottle of single malt scotch that usually runs around 350 for about 150 lots of tequila choices. read more

I love this liquor store, wide selection of alcohol, and they deliver to you until 2am. They are fast and friendly, I love coming here and when I walk in I always feel like I'm walking into a friends house. I enjoy the vibes I get from here and the people that work there. Since I discovered 2am liquor, it has been my go to place. I like that everyone that works there is chill AF, so give them a chance next time and find out for yourself. read more

I don't even have brunette hair when I showed up to confront them all one of the could say was I don't want problems. Don't accuse unless you have proof. Absolutely disgusted. I've gone here for 6 years (before they were in Simi Valley) and always had just a regular experience of going to a regular store. Today was however the worst experience ever. The employees always have drunk "friends" hanging around- but I mind my business. But today, I got my beer like I do DAILY- (I say this because I bring them business every day) and I had a petition on me and they all agreed to sign. The "uncle" (totally wasted) tossed my receipt at me and then after signing, he threw the pen at me. I told him not to do that again. He got upset and stared at me for several seconds. The employee (not the uncle) apologized- and then he brought me another pack of beer, apologized for his "uncle" and rang me up for the first pack of beer. I was very grateful. As I tried to leave the uncle stepped in my way and refused to move asking aggressively if I needed help to my car. I refused and walked out. He didn't like that and said "dO yOu kNow wHo pAyEd foR tHat??!!" I said I didn't care and he said "I DID!!" I kept going to my car, and he approached me and told me to give it back, I said no, he pushed me and forced the beer out of my hands. Not only was i afraid, I was embarrassed and SHOCKED when neither of the ACTUAL employees came out to stop him, say anything to him, or come to my aid in any way, shape or form. This was absolutely disgusting. I will never set foot in this place again, and I highly recommend nobody else does. This wasn't the first drunk person or intoxicated person or person on drugs that I have seen hanging out behind the counter and everything else. I felt violated and it was completely unprofessional. I honestly feel like I should call the police for assault. read more

This used to be my go to liquor store! Very friendly staff, however I caught them overcharging me when I used a credit card. Went over my old transactions and realized they did this EVERYTIME. I counted over 25+ seperate occasions when they did this!!! Sometimes they overcharged me a dollar or 2. I never got a receipt and I know the price of the things I would buy since I buy them regularly. Everytime he would tell me the price, I'd agree and swipe my card, and when I left the store they always charged a dollar or 2 more. Never gives a receipt and theres no "register" or screen that even tells you the price, the guy just SAYS the total to you. I would get the notification alert on my phone within about 10 minutes that they charged me extra. I didnt want to believe this because they were so chill, but I finally went in and bought 2 beers for $4. After tax it was about $4.50 something. I left the store and my card alerted me I was charged $6.24!! $1.24 extra for no reason!! I called them after catching them in the act and asked the worker "do you charge a fee for using your card?" And he said "no". So then I asked him why they just charged my card $1.74 more than what he told me. He said "oh it's a .50 cent debit card fee." And I said "I use a credit card not debit and also you charged me $1.74 extra not .50 cents." Knowing I caught him red handed He was silent and then asked if he could give me a call back. Imagine if they scammed all the people who come in and charge them a dollar or 2 extra, in a month, in a year imagine how much they are skimming off their patrons. Really disappointed in these guys. Just another business that scams their loyal customers all while having a nice, friendly smile on their face. Beware of these guys!! Never again will I come here. Dont believe me, just try it for yourself and see what happens. read more
