I Literally came back to store 10 minutes after purchase with unused product as I decided I wanted ti exchange it for a different one they said no and so I even offered to buy a more expensive one and they refused! The employee agreed it's messed up but was helpless due to greedy absentee Owner policy to screw people over They just lost another regular customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know as well. I have been going to Zee's for about a year now for my Humble Juice and I guess that's why I'm pretty annoyed at the situation. A week ago today I made my regular purchase and when I got home the bottle had a small crack up by the top so every time I squeeze it to refill my tank it was leaking juice. I sent the owner a text the next morning as it was fairly late once I actually opened the bottle. I figured he would have me come in and exchange the juice with no problem. Instead he said he would take care of me next time. While I appreciate that, I have been stuck with a sticky bottle and it's a mess. I understand he might be struggling during COVID but I didn't want money back, just a useable product. Needless to say I won't be going back to Zee Vape. You can catch me spending my money at Cloud 10 or other locations that value their loyal customers. read more

I am giving one star because not just me but my family has been a loyal customer of Zee since he opened and has given him MANY new customers that remained loyal also and while Zee has an incredible employee, AJ, Zee does not take responsibility for faulty products that he sells and will not make things right for you no matter how loyal you have been, AJ tries to make things right for the customer but unfortunately has to answer to Zee. I recommend you go to Vapor Nuvola instead I should have never stopped going there. Bottom line don't go here unless you want to be treated poorly by Zee. Sells defective items that break after two days, and tells me it's somehow my fault. Terrible customer service to sell a defective product and when the customer comes back within 1 week to blame them and tell them to call the manufacturer. You sold me the damn broken product. By the way, you also sold this non-working product that you would not let me return for $54.99 when it is sold everywhere else on the Internet for $23.99 What a sham. This type of customer service and doubling retail prices, selling non-working items and refusing to return them. Shame on you. I will never set foot in your store again. read more

Have been coming here for a few months now to get my vape juice, and I ended up getting a new mod as well. Owner is very nice and knows his stuff. Low prices, great selection, and helpful staff. Just went in today and the young guy who helped me (didn't catch his name) suggested a newer type (mesh coil). Was just planning on getting my regular (cheaper) coil, but he said the mesh was newer and better (flavor and upkeep). So glad I listened to him! The hookah lounge is a great additional to the shop. A very comfortable area that they have three closed off areas for private groups. They have a very inviting atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements. The staff was super friendly and catered to all of our needs, also stopped to talk to us which was great as well! I really wanted a flavor i heard from a juice company that only he had.. so I thought I would wait.. 15 mins goes by... 30.. 45.. over an hour and after I left and came back and as I pulled up he's just then opening back up.. if your gonna be gone for "5" mins.. get a watch ... other then tht he was very unwelcoming at first.. but since he had what I came for at such a good price I would go back.. read more

I'm new to the whole vaping thing. I had lots of questions about changing coils and I think it was Zee that carefully showed me what to do. I went in again to get more coils and was happily greeted again and helped immediately! Today I went in and met Jack for the first time. I asked him more questions on how often to change coils. He took the time to take my vape apart and do a good deep cleaning and going over what should be done. This place is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming! read more
