I'm here often. To start, the Hookah itself is great and always packed well - majority of other places are inconsistently either hit or miss. They have a variety of flavors to choose from, so you can definitely find a mix to fit your taste. Next, the owner: Roni and his employees offer top notch service. Super nice guys. The environment is very laid back and relaxing. You can hang out and/or do your personal work or studying here. They'll even let you bring food from outside. On Wednesdays they offer free refills and currently have movie night on Thursdays showing 2 movies. Their music plays at just the right volume, so you can still hear your friends. The majority of people are regulars (most of which aren't local), and you'll know why once you come here. It's the only place in Simi Valley that's open late for hanging out and relaxing. If you're in the area and finding something to do, then look no further.

Great hookahs, service, & wings

We were referred from a friend that lives in the neighborhood. We drove out from Northridge which is surrounded by many hookah lounges, we decided to try some place new. We're glad we did to find Bibi which is a Great spot for Hookahs and great music. They have a great promotion going on, with every hookah purchase free hot wings which were delicious, several flavors to choose from. Very low key with a great ambiance. New ownership is wonderful, very friendly with good simple hospitality. Alex was our server and treated us with A+ service. Hookah were clean and tasty. Ample amount of parking and easy to find. Give them a shot and I promise you will be pleased, thank you Bibi for a enjoyable evening.

Just walked into Bibi after the Re Grand opening with the new owners? OMG ITS BEAUTIFUL.. Very classy and upscale. The flooring is fabulous it's white epoxy with design and looks like marble! The entire place has been remodeled and upgraded. New furniture, tables, chairs. It's very Shé Shé Beverly Hills... Hookahs are all new.. You HAVE to indulge! THE NEW OWNERS TAKE PRIDE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

2 stars is actually me being generous, I'm giving the 2 stars instead of 1 for the decent hookah and good service. I think the guy's name was Danny and he was very nice. Other than that, this place is worth 0 stars. I was out in Simi Valley taking care of some things and we decided to go smoke some hookah, and the first thing that came up on Yelp was this joint with 5 stars and 51 reviews, so we thought, GREAT! Upon arrival, we were in complete shock because the place was a dump, no joke. Read the rest of my review if you'd like to be entertained. I try so hard to give reviews that stay on the positive side, but this time I just can't, there isn't much room for positivity LOLLL I think the 5 stars are MISLEADING! One might ask, THEN HOW DO THEY HAVE 5 STARS?! Well, well, well... Upon the arrival of the menu to our table, the mystery was revealed. In the very bottom of their menu it says "Leave us 5 star Yelp review and get FREE refill". UH HAH! So, in order to get your FREE REFILL, you must review them and give them the 5 stars first, right then and there so that they can give your free refill after you post your review. Not a good look at all. I was so turned off by this because it seems that they're literally asking for the 5 stars in exchange for a free hookah refill. Majority of people would do this, but that's just not me. Parking: abundant, it's in a plaza with some sketchy massage places and shops. I went on a Saturday night around 7PM and everything was closed already and the lot looked so sketchy LOL Ambiance & decor: A very old-fashioned wooden fountain right in your face as soon as u walk in. Looks like something from the 80's. Dark red leather couches and dark brown tables. A tiny silver disco ball hanging from the ceiling that looked like it belonged to a teenager that had a very fun room back in the 70's, the ball was a little larger than a hamster's ball. The paintings on the wall were so mismatched, the whole thing was incoherent. Here are some of the paintings: a wild red guitar, a peaceful landscape with a large tree in the center, a couple walking in the rain, big red lips bleeding... WHAT?! And to make this whole thing better, there was a random dressed up skeleton hanging in the corner. Wow! As we sat down, the server brought us a long rectangular clear plastic plate with 3 compartments. The middle compartment was empty. The side compartments were filled with stale chips on one side, and peanuts with shells on the other side. One of the peanut shells looked like a worm ate through it. I swear to god, it looked like a rat is gonna pass by our feet any minute. The clear plastic plate was so dirty, it looked like it's never been washed. Overall, the place looked like it can be a brothel after hours LOLLL just kidding, but yeah, not coming back specifically because I know that the 5 stars are not genuine and they do not reflect this business. Also, many of those reviews are claiming it's the best hookah joint in Simi Valley. I guess it must be THE ONLY hookah joint there because for the life of me, I couldn't see how that's possible. These people reviewing must have never been to another hookah lounge before. Okay, I must stop now.

Living 30 mins away from this place doesn't always encourage me to come here all the time. Nevertheless the owners Alex and Roni make Bibi Club the best lounge to go to no matter how far you live. They are very attentive and made sure my experience was always extraordinary. Bibi Club is way different from any other lounge I've been to; they have established a sense of community in the lounge even if you don't know anyone there. The hookah flavor variety is great and they are willing to prepare exotic mixes upon request. Their hookahs are always clean and top of the line. Thank you bibi club for being the beat in Simi Valley!!

Immediately we noticed that the…read moreinside of the restaurant was nicely decorated and well lit, an appropriate space for a lovely dinner, or so we thought. At the time the dining room was sparsely populated, only a few other tables were seated. We were seated quickly by the hostess and ordered within a few minutes of sitting down; my wife ordered the seafood pasta I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and the tomato burrata salad as an appetizer. After about 20 minutes the waitress returned to let us know that they were out of the pasta, so my wife asked for the risotto instead. The salad arrived quickly, however my wife noted that it was missing grilled peaches that were listed in the menu description, a disappointment. The salad itself was balsamic dressed cherry tomatoes with a single piece of burrata on top. Another 40 minutes later our entrees finally arrived. Much to my dismay my dish lacked any appreciable character; it was as if they had cooked six month old frozen pasta and thrown up a brown sauce with fried sage on top. My wife's risotto was mostly cheese but was also similarly devoid of other flavors. Now to be fair to the folks here, I did mention to the waitstaff that the flavors in the food were off and they did reduce the bill. They were also apologetic about the wait we faced. Nevertheless, restaurants have three things they need to do well in order to be successful: food, service and ambience. Perhaps if they improved the quality of the food and the time to service more people would come. Needless to say, but I won't be returning.

I'd been wanting to go back and take Dear Hubby to enjoy this very special re-imagining of the previous space, which had been an Irish pub incarnation. When our sister-in-law and two nieces were in town, the five of us were able to spend a quick evening together at Selvin's. We had been working on a project at our house, and by the time we got finished and ready to go out there wasn't a lot of time left as we went on a weeknight and they close at 9:00. I'm surprised that having a full bar, and being attached to a hotel property, that they would hang it up so early - even 9:30 or 10:00 would make more sense. It's such a charming place; seems a shame to have to call it a night so early. The ambiance is absolutely divine, especially out here in suburbia. It's very innovative in its layout. The lighting was carefully planned and is very effective in creating a special mood. And, what can be said about the wall of roses? It's tailor-made for snapping fun photos, that's for sure. The chef is sending out creative and Dee-Licious dishes from the kitchen. Yes, I know how to spell delicious, but it is worth adding the accented flair to stating the fact that this is a cut above many other dining establishments in the Conejo Valley. Dear Hubby and I shared Pappardelle Pasta and a Tuna Tartare appetizer. Both were excellent. One of our nieces ordered the taco platter. Wait till you see the photo. The only thing that was disappointing, menu-wise, was that bread wasn't included, so we ordered some as a side. Two little slices. I've forgotten the price, but I recall that it turned into sticker shock when we saw what was served. I'm tickled that they offer a nice array of zero proof cocktail options. They aren't inexpensive - apparently spirits without alcohol aren't any less (or maybe only slightly less?) than the full-spirited options. Still, it's nice to have the option. Our out of town family members LOVED Selvin's; it was a big hit with all of us. As an added bonus, there was a guitarist playing beautiful acoustic music when we arrived and were seated in the lounge area. Major extra credit!

Joe and the entire entertainment team and staff were attentive and made the night a success. DJ Snupi was such a hit with all of the kids and adults alike at the party. The entire entertainment team did a great job keeping the party going. We didn't order food there but the venue allows you to cater with any company that has insurance. I thought it was great that we weren't limited to catering options offered by the venue. Our event was about 140 people. Also, trust Joe and Lisa and their recs. We initially didn't get the patio but after talking to them about the party the recommended. So glad we decided to listen to them and get the patio. Pros: easy to find, plenty of parking, the venue itself it decorated so even if you have minimal decor it still looks great. Great staff. Close to the freeways for out of town guests. The vibe is industrial and low-lit, like the kind of bar where the walls have stories but won't snitch. Small space, metal-and-concrete aesthetic, but somehow still warm and cozy. Perfect for a date night or a "let me mentally unpack my life over cocktails" hang with my best friend. What keeps me coming back? The bartenders actually listen. I can walk up and give the vaguest description -- "classic but not sweet, strong but not too whiskey-forward, smooth but still gives main character energy" -- and they'll just... create it. They've made me drinks that aren't even on the menu -- Army Navy, Aviation, etc. -- and every single one was spot on. They always manage to find the right drink for me, which is honestly a skill more people should have. The servers are genuinely nice, the liquor selection is solid, and the energy is chill without being pretentious. I've also heard there's a speakeasy hidden in here somewhere, and trust me, one day I'll find it like I'm unlocking a side quest. Definitely one of my favorite bars in Thousand Oaks -- industrial vibes, great people, and bartenders who match drinks to my personality better than most men can.
