Come in for a great beer and some pool. Old school charm and has been here for years.

This place is dope. Came in today trying to find somewhere cool to have some drinks for my boyfriends birthday. Pizza, thai, and a deli next door you can order and eat while you chill. The bartender was a really nice guy was very attentive. Definitely going to be coming back and trying the other place he suggested JJ Sullivans.

$5 dollar Guinness. I could end my review there, but I'll continue to talk about how awesome this place is. Music, amazing. As a former hipster it is hard to admit this but I had to Shazaam some classic funk from the 70's that I had never heard but was vibing, Bowie, Ramones, MGMT, Sublime, and the Clash, the music was dank. 7 dollar 22 oz fat tire, 15 dollar pitchers, and free darts, what more could you ask for. I hate to say this, my only problem with this bar is the Valley local riff raff that try to hustle you on the pool table or clown your dart game. The girls there are also usually... I hate to say this, fat. I'm sorry, tie me to a stake. But it's because fat chicks like beer and are usually down to earth, so there, maybe it's a good sign. Come with friends, leave drunk and happy. Parking is out back, don't get sketched out by the locals, they've never bothered me too much. Oh yea, if you're a smoker there's a drink slot on the door so you can basically take your drink out as far as the door and not leave it at the bar.

The sushi options were great. They also have daily happy hour from 3-6, even on the weekends. I had the banana bread old fashion and was surprisingly pretty good. The tuna crispy bread was really good, good portion. The cauliflower was also good, definitely had. A kick but for someone that doesn't do spice very tolerable. The sushi burrito was also good but fell apart at the end. Staff was great, and the bathroom was also pretty good, 3 stalls for women. Parking was $7.50 which was a bit wild. I wouldn't park i come and park in the garage

The food was solid across the board, and the drinks were well made (not skimpy ). What really stood out was the service. Our server/bartender handled a pretty demanding group with ease, kept things moving, and stayed upbeat the entire time. Music themed, some pretty cool guitars hanging on the walls & the vinyl album covers on their menus are quirky & fun. Great spot for casual dinners, happy hour, or watching a game with friends. We'll definitely be back.

Pickwick Pub - A simple, but perfectly cooked, medium-rare cheeseburger.

We arrived at 7pm, and the place was still buzzing from Happy Hour. Lots of people drinking, eating and chatting while basketball played on the TV's they've got placed strategically around the pub -- no matter where you're sitting you can see the game. Our server, Natalia, was very friendly and took great care of us. My wife wanted a simple cheeseburger, which was cooked to a perfect medium-rare as requested. We hadn't been here in a while, and she admitted she'd forgotten just how good the burgers are ("much better than the other pubs around," she said). I ordered the Banger Bites: slices of English sausages served with brown gravy that I augmented with Coleman's hot English mustard and some HP sauce. The bangers were crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a mild flavor accented by Earthy herbs. Toss in some whiskey, and we were off to the races. While we kept things simple this time (we HAD eaten popcorn at our movie), the menu boasts a wide variety of options, from burgers and sandwiches to pub faves like fish & chips, shepherd's pie, bangers & mash, Scotch eggs and so on; plus an assortment of starters that go well with games and beer (wings, nachos, sausage rolls, salads and a fantastic, house-made chili). Lots of bars and pubs in Woodland Hills have come and gone, but Pickwick has remained solidly planted, the reason being they offer great food and even greater people to enjoy it with. Go!!

~ YOUR GO-TO NEIGHBORHOOD PUB WITH HEART + PACKERS BAR ~…read more Pickwick Pub is everything you want in a true local spot, casual, welcoming, and full of familiar faces. It's the kind of place where regulars know each other and you can catch a big game with loud, passionate sport loving folks. There's SO many TVs that I've lost count and a giant projector screen. Did I mention it's a British pub, but a die-hard packers bar?! Pickwick's has easily become our favorite bar, so much so that my husband and I will drive 40 minutes (from Ventura) to watch a game here! The food is solid and affordable across the board. Breakfast hits, burgers are always a safe bet, chili fries are a must, and the nachos are definitely worth ordering. They also have some (authentic?) British food... that I've only tried a few of. Bangers and mash is good, I can't say much about the rest. Drinks are great too, with a nice selection including a few British beers on tap, but we always go for a good ole Guinness (or several). What really seals the deal here is the service. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, always checking in without being overbearing. Shoutout to Natalia and Kim, absolute gems who make the place feel like home. If you're looking for a cozy, authentic neighborhood pub with good food, good drinks, and even better people, Pickwick Pub is it. A true happy place :) Go pack go!

Parking was street parking which could be limiting depending on what time you go, but I found parking easily around 930pm not too far from the entrance. The tavern is large and spacious with the bar room and then the music/dance room, plenty of space to mingle and to move around. At the bar I ordered a Pineapple infused vodka cocktail special and wow, it tasted so good like fruit punch! My co worker had a long drive back home so I offered we go get a drink to waste time and not sit in traffic on a Friday night. We walked over from where we work and I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. They were playing great music, they have a pool table and they open up the front so you can see the interior of the bar from the sidewalk. The bartender knows how to make drinks!!! They were good. We ordered tater tots and the dipping sauces that came with it one being ketchup and the other one I am not sure what it was but it was great. I'm impressed with the bartender, there was a group of 7 people and they were getting hammered! LOL They had just done a round of shots and they were drinking something else. The bartender cut them off. I've never seen that before but I respect that. Good job for caring about them and not what they are spending on drinks. I'm def going back again!!! Cheers
