Had an item missing from my delivery order. Called the location and spoke with Triston. He was very apologetic and took care of it immediately! This is the best dispensary I've ever dealt with I Legendary! read more

By far the most knowledgeable and helpful dispensary around. I use THC for medical and recreation purposes and they are so great at making recommendations of different products for different uses. Love their referral and points program. They also have weekly specials that cover everything you could need, a great value! read more

Great deals, not great the best customer service. Idk, I expect my budtenders to be knowledgeable on the product and have suggestions! They just walk you to the fridge or counter and just stand there and wait for you to pick. I've asked if they have any suggestions and the bud tender suggested a strain they had a long time ago? One told me the writing is too small for them to read to tell me the strains. So I just stood there trying to read them. They have charged me wrong 2x. They've given me the wrong products before. They've just not charged me for products because they weren't paying attention. I've walked in and there has been no one at the front desk at all, just an empty waiting room. Which is very bizarre for a dispensary. Amazing deals on specific days on the product, but not great customer service. read more

Legendary Organics - Thanks for the goodies - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Great selection, nice atmosphere great price I like the specials they have throughout the week

From the "Welcome" as we entered the location, to the "Enjoy your day!" as we departed the dispensary, the knowledge and professionalism of the employees were spot on. I have purchased from Kalysta on several occasions, and "Damm! Her smile never fades, and she is quite funny! Her customer service skills are top-notch, as are Amandas'. As a 'Newbie' to some of the products, both took the time to share the pros and cons, educating me on which product provides what, and enabling me to make my choice easily and without hesitation. read more

I come here often. I always buy top shelf tier 1 in bulk. I had a precancerous spot burned off of my nose, so I'm new to have to wear hats. I had my hair put up in my hat with some pins to be cute and stay in place. They rudely made me take it off. I weight 100lbs soaking wet. I go to other dispensaries and don't have this issue. My husband and his friends are a little on the older side and they've already complained about this "rules" to me. I didn't think it was a big deal until it happened to me and the way they spoke to me and enforced it the way they did was crazy... they said they go to Leah instead just to avoid that. Now I know exactly what they're talking about. I felt embarrassed. It was rude to say the least. They were completely unsympathetic. Isn't it supposed to be a medical place? So if you have skin cancer or something like that, you can't wear a hat if you go inside? Or you have to revolve your entire day around going to the dispensary.. read more

Receptionist friendly. Greeted at inner door by 3 ppl. Nice personable lady immediately asked what I wanted. Explained exactly what I needed, she showed me & explained the product with knowledge. Good selection. Prices good. Product upon use was perfect for my needs. Will return. Cheers! P.S. I just wish one could actually see & smell the products, I miss the old school looking thru a lighted magnifying glass to inspect the crystals, a whiff to determine potency. However, big brother has its way too many rules & regulations. Peace out. read more

This place is a good local shop. Friendly staff. They have a lot of options when it comes to flower. They also have good deals on ounces.

Great service friendly staff and wide selections of goods and good deals and prices. Come visit

My go to spot. Always have good deals going on. With a good variety of choices to choose from. With a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This review is for Legendary Organics Oxnard, which I have had the pleasure of making my new storefront weed connection, since the hubby and I moved nearby in February 2025. First of all, I LOVE their LOYALTY Program!! Which coming directly from their website, is described as, "You'll earn 1 point for every $1.oo spent, every time you shop at either Legendary Organics locations, in store or online!" Then for every 100 points that you earn, you'll get $5.oo off your purchase! If you are a smoker like me, those points will add up quickly! I just used mine to get $25 towards my last purchase! To me? That's the same as getting $25 free money! The people who work here, aka the "budtenders", are knowledgeable about the products they offer, and most "budtenders" will tell you, if you ask them, exactly what they are smoking. It isn't always the most expensive weed! I love that kind of honesty! I mean, isn't that why we ask them that question in the first place? We don't want them to tell us what will net them the biggest sale, we want honest recommendations, right? It's like there's no "sales quota" they need to meet, (though they might very well have one), I like that I can't tell either way! It's very refreshing! I have stopped by their equally nice sister store in Newbury Park, CA and they had no problem accessing my rewards from either store! So no problem, you can go to whichever storefront is closest to you! Enjoy! And, you're welcome! read more

Legendary Organics - It's some Legendary shit man.. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Legendary offers timely pick ups as well as dutchie pay for medical and recreational orders. Staff is always awesome, knowledgeable, kind hearted and helpful. They also have a better rewards plan than surrounding competitors. As someone strictly concentrated, this is my home! read more

I phoned at about 4:10 to ask a (loaded) question about a vape that i had recently purchased. Nick K. answered the phone- 10 minutes after he was supposed to be leaving (he revealed that his shift had ended) he is an inventory manager so I was in luck with the fact that he picked up the phone because he was able to trace the exact batch number of the item i had a question about. I was questioning its authenticity- it looked different on the website than in person. he solved my worry and looked up the exact number on the box (i had already thrown away). The conversation lasted until 4:30 i felt terrible for making him stay late but he was kind and helpful the whole call. the least i could do was write a kind review. and thank you for reading my review and feel comfortable to purchase at legendary organics. read more

No matter when you visit or how busy it is, the wait is always long. The prices are fair and the weekly promotions are great, but it's the only dispensary I know that asks customers to remove hats and glasses. read more

Super rude was not very welcome and there prices are way too overpriced. I walked in and Noone greeted me or said.. can I help you.. not a professional business must at all read more

While I am a loyal customer at this dispensary, I must say I am tired of being sent texts about sales in Oxnard. I live in Thousand Oaks and feel like the two stores should have the same or similar sales /deals on their identical products. I'm not driving 20 miles to save a few bucks just to spend it on fuel. Other than this thing that bugs me they are great! read more

Usually, the staff are friendly here, but the girl that kinda looks like Lorde wasn't really friendly and rushed me. So I went to Leaf instead. read more

I am fairly new at dabbling in this kind of thing, but my chronic pain from injuries and sleepless nights brought me here. Everyone is beyond friendly, helpful, and willing to explain everything to you. I purchased some Sleep CBN tablets and they've helped me fall asleep a bit faster so far. I'm looking forward to trying other things as well. The store itself has a nice, earthy, modern vibe. If you sign up, you get access to great deals that save you $ each visit. I recommend this place! read more

I went to get some edibles for sleep, and Amanda was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm always very impressed when I go to legendary organics. The staff are so friendly, approachable, and helpful. They always listen to what I am there for, and offer me the right items while providing information about all of the ingredients and what's. I also appreciate that they show me what's on sale that day if it's something that is the best match. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Long time customer, drove to store, asked for item, drove home, opened package, was given wrong item. Called store - which has a delivery service, mind you - and was told I'd have to go back to the store to exchange it. So I'd have to go 40 minutes out of my way and pay for the gas to correct the store's mistake. Wouldn't offer another solution or a make-good. I was there the day the store opened. I'll never go back. read more

The customer service was horrible, and the only thing Legendary about this place is how crappy their weed is. Also do not trust the weed they have out on display it's just for show. You will leave spending 60-100 plus, and feel like you got robbed. If I could rate a zero I would, since I can't I will make 1 be my zero. read more

Staff was super friendly have up a fantastic deal . Good product and price as well. Go see them you won't be sorry.

Awful Service. I don't go to a place to be told to shop somewhere else, but that's what happened today. I was told that if I didn't like the deals I could just shop somewhere else, so I guess that's what i'll do. read more

I do love this place . Have some great deals but today. I was sad because my favorite was out Cali clear. Please come back. I cannot say enough about this product. I've tried two of them. They are both high-quality amazing prize and it just smokes so fantastic. It doesn't clog. It goes all the way to the end of the very end you know when it gets cloudy in there and you know you've had it all. Please come back do everything you can to get it back I'm heartbroken. I had to leave without it going back , to smoke regular bud until you come back again Cali clear... read more

Weekly customer -- loss my business over a $70 Jetty vape I was a weekly customer until this week when I tried to return a defective Jetty Vape twice. The first time I tried to exchange it the gentlemen took the device and tested it in the back and said it worked. I went home tried it -- it did not work. A few days later, I tried to take it back again. The lady took it to the back and tested showing me a video that it worked. This is where I understood that they are testing it with a specialized vacuum. She said there was nothing I can do for you and that it works fine. I went outside and took strong drag with all my might -- then yes it worked but it was big drags with very little vape intake not viable. Now it totally stopped working. I probably spent over a thousand s bucks there since its opening and would have spent thousands more during the next year. With this said - most of staff are pleasant, courteous and have great customer service. But they loss me as a customer over a $70 vape pen. Customer loyalty goes both ways! Nick read more

In general products are good, a bit over priced but good. My problem is some of the employees are rude and don't even make you feel welcomed, some are cool but half of them are rude. And also security just give you this uncomfortable look, like I said not all of them but you should never feel uncomfortable or be given rude attitude. read more
