Leaf Dispensary - Kennedy and Adrian - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Literally every time I come in here they're trying to pull some bullshit and rip me off. Do not come here! There are other dispensaries! I know it might seem convenient, but it's not convenient when they're constantly ripping you off. It is genuinely going to save you so much money to drive somewhere else. The time that it takes you to drive there I don't care how much money you make. You will save it in the amount that you were getting ripped off at leaf dispensary. I have had so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so many broken products that I've had to either just deal with return or injured myself trying to use. It is fucking ridiculous. How terrible the quality control is here on a place that sells products that are specialty. read more

I want to give a huge shoutout to Adrian and Carolina at the front desk. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch and made my entire experience easy and enjoyable. Before I even arrived, I called the dispensary after getting off a long day of work. Adrian answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. Since I had a long commute ahead of me and wasn't looking to spend a lot of time shopping around, he quickly helped me figure out exactly what I needed. By the time I got there, I already knew what to ask for, which saved me a ton of time and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, both Adrian and Carolina were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help. As I was checking out, they hooked me up with a goodie bag, some really cool stickers, and pins that honestly made my day. The thing that stood out the most was when I mentioned that I had just gotten off work and didn't even have a lighter. Before I could even figure out where to get one, both of them immediately offered to help me out. I don't know if they could tell I had a rough day or if they're just naturally that awesome with every customer, but their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and employees like Adrian and Carolina are exactly the kind of people who keep customers coming back. Thank you both for going above and beyond. You turned what was supposed to be a quick stop into one of the best dispensary experiences I've had. The management team should be proud to have employees like Adrian and Carolina representing their business. read more

Love this place and highly recommended. I buy products for my elderly patients. Especially the gummies and ointments for joint pain. This is a great location for all of the surrounding cities. read more

Love this dispensary so much!! The vibes are incredible and all the budtenders are so kind and welcoming. Last time I went in I was helped by Jared, He was so incredibly helpful and made my experience 1000 X better!!! Will be coming back, by far my favorite dispensary in the area. Thanks leaf and Thanks Jared for the incredible experience read more

2 different specialists helped us. Both were great - Sabrina and Mathew. The person with me had a lot of questions and both were very knowledgeable about the products and answered all the questions. The showroom was nice and clean, well lit with a really welcoming vibe. read more

My first time there today. I was looking for a sleep help alternative from pharmaceuticals. Miranda B. Was super knowledgeable and friendly. She dialed me in on a mild, broad spectrum edible designed specifically for sleep. She recommended the same product that she gives to her Mom. She also gave clear and concise dosing instructions. Very thankful for Miranda's help today. read more

Very customer, friendly, nice people clean very professional atmosphere if you have any questions they can answer them

What went well? I'm pretty big on customer service. If a business gets that right, I can forgive about anything else. Leaf dispensary employs a lot of very friendly, seemingly happy people. I love that. From the people in the front of house welcoming you when you walk in, to the security guard offering you a "have a great day" on your way out, they have a knack for hiring. I say that even tho they do seem to have ALOT of employees, regardless every interaction I've had with the people working there has been nothing but positive. The selection is good as far as I can tell. I'm no weed savant. I have been getting into Dime products and I hope they stock a larger selection of cartridges. And I guess the only complaint I can come up with is this...there is a beautiful piece of blown glass on display in the shop. It's cream and brown colors and those are my favorite colors. Every time I go in I wink and ask if I can buy it yet and they won't let me. And I can never remember to take my phone into the store to take a pic of the brand. So I guess that's a good complaint to have right? That they have a beautiful piece of glass that I covet? It could be worse. They could be rude with an overpriced selection like some other dispensaries in this area. read more

Great place, very informative !! Wish I lived closer!! Until next time !! Great staff

Today as I was walking into leaf Matthew M welcomed me with a smile and ready to check me in he's always kind and welcoming

Yes, it's a little bit more pricey but this store is super clean stocked with Ehni and every edible tincture flower cartridge you could ever want. It's kind of like the Disneyland of medicinal marijuana. read more

The reception guy wearing a camo hoodie had way too much attitude to be working at a weed shop. Guy was high at the job taking forever to check me in. Tells me I have never been there before. (I have) my father is a regular and wanted to be in and out so I told to guy to give me My license and i will wait out side. He had way too much attitude. He followed me outside as I waited for my father. I have anxiety and that's why I use cannabis. Do not go here . It seems like this guy enjoying this conflict. I did not. I will not go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

They refuse to give me accurate points / rewards. The rewards points isn't explained on the website or an option to show receipt proof for rewards. $50 = 1 point ? Website : not user friendly Majority of Staff is Male : Hire More Females / Diversity. read more

Come inside and found out no stiiizy brand. The most popular brand and only cash??? Really suspicious and way too overpriced. 50 for one gram of pod is bizarre. You'll for sure be attended by someone else who came after you. Maybe more. FYI I get my stiiizy pods for 21 out the door or $18 if you purchase more than $1000 with free battery. I didn't even get a first time discount. They make you spend over $100 for 20% off. SMH. I recommend the clinik over in Chatsworth. They will never let you and me down. read more

I started coming here when it first opened and you had to have a rec card to get in. Luckily now, it's medical and recreational! I have struggled with chronic pain for years and when it's really bad, I can't keep food down. The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly.. Vinny helped me pick out new products that I've never tried before, which is always scary at a dispensary bc ur afraid they're just trying to upsell you - but NOT HERE! Each product Vinny recommended for me was perfect and did the job. They know each term profile and if they've never tried a product - they're HONEST and grab another employee for their opinion. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of here - I feel like these people care about me and my health. The owner is the sweetest woman, even the security guard is friendly and welcoming. Don't be afraid to switch to marijuana instead of being dependent on pain meds like norcos or whatever... let these people help you find a natural way to alleviate your pain. I'm so glad I found you guys, one of my favorite shops in California!! read more

First time buying cannabis product and very pleasantly surprised. I had 2 family members swear by a relief cream (Papa&Barkley 1:3) so had to buy some to see for myself. All staff - from guy in hoodie in reception to several folks at counter sales - amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Another guy at a desk in the corner of the lobby (probably security) wished me a nice day. Staff were open to any of my dumb questions. lol. They offered recommendations (while cautioning that different people can have different responses). Free, easy, parking (went on a Saturday). Dispensary store is laid out so products are well displayed and lighted. Nice and spacious. Candy dish on the way out (Dots!). They will scan your driver's license as a first-time customer (not sure about thereafter). I will be back. If you have any hesitancy about going here, set your concerns aside. I recommend. read more

Sweet bud tender, but prices are high and there's no first customer perk. Cash only so bring some

I love the people at the front desk. I love the people inside. I just wish they carried my brand. I would come there all the time if they did. But unfortunately, they do not. So, if i just want something quick and inexpensive i will go there. I just wish they carried what i was looking for. read more

Fast and early to order ahead and closer than normal. Very friendly and discreet. Easy to go in and pick up your order and leave.

Great place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair but they only take cash! Highly recommend.

I really only get on yelp to rate really really good places and really really bad ones. This is a FANTASTIC dispensary. The guys in there that helped me were super helpful, the storefront looked immaculate and very clean, over all I'm just gonna say this will be my main dispo from now on. Wish I caught the guys names that helped me, but I don't doubt that all of their staff is equally is friendly and helpful Highly recommend Leaf, I'll be back for sure read more

Unfortunately this company does not stand behind the products they sell. We bought two bags of a Dixie Synergy Sleepberry Gummies. They charge $22 per bag for these and they are sold most other places for $15 per bag. We live locally and choose to support local businesses so we were willing to pay more. The first bag was fine. When we opened the second bag the gummies were all melted together and not usable. BTW, they were not left in the sun or in heat. The second bag was with the first bag the entire time. Essentially a faulty product. We figured, no problem, lets exchange it or get a refund. They absolutely REFUSED. They offered a 10% discount ($2.20) for a product we paid $7 more per bag for. We do support local businesses but these guys are on the naughty list. Be careful what you buy there, but I would not recommend shopping with any company that does not stand behind the products they sell. Caveat emptor. read more

This place is on the pricier side (compared to some dispensaries in the valley) but in my opinion, well worth the upcharge for the high end experience and super knowledgeable budtenders. I have seen Vinny a few times and he always really knows his stuff and has great recommendations. My sister was a newbie and he talked her through the best products for her tolerance level. Leaf Dispensary - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

I am pleased this decent dispensary is in Newbury Park / Thousand Oaks. It's convenient and local which is great. Yet they are overpriced compared to most LA dispensaries. I guess they don't mind price gouging their customers due to lack of competition in the area. I could have easily gotten an extra 1/8 but for their super aggressive up charging practices. I also suspect their cash operation is ripping off the government when they report earnings. Unless I'm in a pitch, I won't be back. I feel taken advance of by their heavy handed pricing scheme. read more

Very helpful staff and good prices. Leaf is one of the best dispensaries I've been to in the 805 area.

10/10 good prices, dope workers and real CAKE no boof shii. Thanks for da airheads too!

Their Bud-tenders are terrible! Never ever ask them for their opinion or for help. Their recommendations are terrible they recommended a preroll deal that got us less weed and worse weed all they want is your money here and drugged out workers! Also have a grooming code white boys in mustaches are not a good look! :) read more

Service and good selection of products Would definitely go again good location and parking

I discovered Leaf as I have a disability and weren't happy with the local dispensaries....until now!! Our entire family are all "Leaf" members now. Please keep up the continued caring customer service and fair prices. Your caring for seniors is an extra loving bonus read more

I went to the leaf dispensary at 8:40 at night and the doors were closed. So the reality is you actually don't close at 9 o'clock for all the folks that are driving out your way and wasting their time they close at 8:40. And they really enjoy telling you that they're closed when it clearly states on the door that it closes at nine look if you guys want to wind down you Gotta make a little time for that or at least change your hours. I get it that you're tired, but that's not fair to someone who is under the impression that you're actually open till 9 o'clock read more
