Coming back to update: I've started organizing all my film negatives to a better system and made a fun discovery....The shop not only charged me to print out my pictures, which was something I never even asked for, and now I discover they never gave me back my negatives. This was supposed to be a CHRISTMAS GIFT. I should have known I would not have a good experience when I was met with such cold behavior. He was extremely rude and condescending as if I were bothering him. I asked for one of the sizes advertised on the wall. He ended up printing the wrong size and told me I could just cut it myself. Very unprofessional. I paid for a certain size and service but he gave me whatever like take it or leave it. He knew it was the wrong size when he printed it and printed it anyway without at least calling or communication. The frames I bought were customized to the portraits I had printed but could not fit due to the incorrect size. Very unhappy. Will never return. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: When I called to let you know you printed the wrong size, you told me to cut them myself or bring them in to be cut. Bringing the prints in to have them cut was inconvenient for me. I then emailed the same day asking to have the prints reprinted in the correct size but never received a reply. No one called me to let me know the prints were reprinted. I am just finding out through this review reply. It would have been nice to receive a call back or a reply to my email instead of a reply to this review. read more

Great and speedy service! I decided to go with this store for an anniversary gift for my husband and was a little bit on a time crunch. I ordered a large 20 x 24 print and typically these take 2-3 days at other locations but Vic was able to get it done for me within 24 hours. I worked with him and the team over the phone to arrange all the details, including the frame and was super impressed when I came in to pick it up. Bad experience this place was welcome on day 1 but they made it so hard to become a customer they require you to order certain amount on albums in order to get other custom products they offer once they agreed to do one for me the the manager VIC was super rude ! He was yelling at me over the phone said they were the only lab that did certain work I would never treat any customer like he treated me gladly I found a better place with better customer service and quality work they need to work on there manners and how to treat people ! read more

They were very friendly and nice. I went to develop film I had piled up. The photos only took a couple days to develop! The pricing was great! Negatives and prints were included (The last place I went to charged extra for the negatives! Crazy!) and the photos came out beautifully developed. The process was quick and they also called to let us know our photos were ready to be picked up. I will definitely be returning as I feel like this is a gem in film photo developing. read more

Update to my review: A few days after I posted the review, I was weirdly called by the older gentleman who works there and he tried to bribe me to take down my review by offering me a refund out of his pocket and free film (which was all expired film). I never gave him my number other than to create an account at the store so they definitely went out their way to find my contact. I declined their offer and wanted to post this but figured to let it go until this comment I received months later stating they told me the price beforehand and they can clean the film. Of course I was going to pay the price because clearly I am not from the area as stated before and I needed my film developed since I don't have time other days. That still does not change the fact that you guys are very expensive JUST for developing film. On top of that, why would I come back for you guys to clean my film? Your team needs to do a quality check BEFORE handing over a finished product to ensure customer satisfactory and avoid reviews like this. Previous review: Great customer service. Great talk with the gentleman running the store. Unfortunately after dropping off film for development, I got it back with some frames stained and had to pay $15 only for development. I do my own scans. I'm used to paying $8.50-$9 just for development. Then again, I'm from Los Angeles/Long Beach but since I work up here, it's more convenient. Won't be coming back for those two reasons but if nobody else minds those two things, then I guess it's a cool spot. read more

Found this place on google. Had many family photos that i wanted to re print. Also resize couple of my own childhood pictures. The minute i walked in the owner was with a customer. He politely asked the customer if she could wait for a second so he could greet me and asked me to wait so he could finish with the first customer and come back to me after. While i was there looking around i saw beautiful wedding albums and professionally taken pictures on the walls. They were all taken by the owner "Vic". When it was my turn i gave him all my photos and asked for an estimate. Vic was extremely professional and polite. My photos were ready the next day. When picking up my photos he gave me a good discount which was awesome. This place is highly recommended since there prints are 100% high quality and you get exactly what you ask for. I am a bit shocked at the reviews complaining about prices! When I called in they told me the price over the phone and I knew what to expect for the film development and prints which I had them frame as well. If you feel like the price is expensive then go somewhere else, don't complain on here as a bad review, thats their prices. If you want cheaper go somewhere else that is cheaper its just as simple as that. As far as the prints they were great so was the frame it came out really nice and I cant wait to give it as a gift. This review is way overdue. I went to this studio last year and the owner was super nice! I took some passport pictures and I didn't look well-rested since I was working long hours but he was so nice and insisted that if I didn't like them to come back another day and re-take the pictures at no additional charge. I would not recommend taking a small job to this "lab". I brought two old photos in for printing. They were on a flash drive (I included an actual print of one of them so they could see the tone). The guy that helped was not particularly helpful almost seemed annoyed at having to deal with me. When I received the prints. I was disappointed. One was reproduced adequately a little dark but okay. The other was cropped mercilessly. It was an old square photo which was reproduced by them as a 5x7. They charged me $30 for this. For that money they could have called me to let me to ask about the cropping and sizing. They obviously couldn't be bothered. When I asked why they were charging $30. The lady pointed to a sign which said minimum order $20 and added because they're on a flash drive. I wound up taking the photos (on flash drive)to Woodland Hills Camera where someone actually pulled up photos on their computer and asked me about the sizing printed them perfectly and charged me $7.60 for both. read more

WOW, I was blown away by this business. I came in with a torn Black and White 8 X10 Picture that was over 60 years old that had sentimental value to me. I was looking to having it repaired and printed to another 8x10 so that I could gift it for a Family members birthday. Then I told him I needed it done in a week and he said how about picking it up tomorrow at the same time...WHAT!!! I couldn't Believe how Lucky I was to find this gem of a store, where customer service is still alive.
