The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly and made the whole process easy, especially for someone who hadn't developed film in a very long time. What really impressed me was the turnaround time. I dropped off my film and had my scans emailed to me in about an hour. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. I specifically wanted to support a local photo lab rather than going to a larger chain, and I'm really glad I did. There's something much more personable about bringing your film somewhere that genuinely feels connected to photography and the people who still enjoy shooting it. I'm still exploring everything they offer, but for film developing and fast digital scans, I've definitely found my new go-to spot. Can't wait to bring in my next roll!

My daughter had been looking for the Canon PowerShot G7X Mark III for a few years and hopped on the waiting list at this store. The owner, John, kept her updated until it arrived. As soon as it arrived, he messaged her and I was on my way. Parking in the lot was plentiful and easy. The store was nicely stocked and well organized. Upon entering, I was greeted by John who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to tell me about various cameras so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated the no-pressure vibe. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing the camera I was sent in for by my daughter. If you're in the market (literally and figuratively) for a camera, I highly recommend IMAGENATION.

So we drove over, parked in front (they have a few spots for customers) and they had the tripods put aside for us to check. They were nice, patient, nice to talk to. We tried them and settled on one. It was used, but in good condition. So we bought it. It's good we gave them another shot since they are one of the last standing camera stores in the Valley!

First of all, let me say... This review is NOT for paid…read moreservices that I received at this business. This review is for customer service ONLY. A couple of days ago I came to this shopping center that this business is located in. If anyone is familiar with this shopping center or any of the businesses in it you know the parking situation is NOT THE BEST. Parking in this center is a very competitive sport. If you opt to park your car yourself instead of using the valet then be prepared... For stamina and patience are key in snagging a space here. The parking lot gets more cars than it can accommodate (with a lot of these cars patronizing the restaurants in this center instead the smaller mom/pop retail/service businesses) and so these smaller businesses usually put out a sign in front of their establishment alerting people that they can only park in that parking spot if they're patronizing that business(Don't know how legal/enforceable this is as these signs aren't permanently affixed to any parking space and are removed/replaced daily as the business opens and closes, but I generally respect the signs and I park in spaces that have no signage.). This brings me to my encounter with the owner of this"business". I parked in a spot in front of the photo shop. The owner happened to be standing outside at the time I was parking. As I was getting out of the car he rudely yelled at me, "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" I ignored his question initially because he wasn't in any kind of uniform that would illicit me to see him as a person I should answer to. So he said to me again, "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?", so I asked him, "Why?, Who are you?" He said "I OWN THIS BUSINESS AND YOU CAN'T PARK HERE IF YOU'RE NOT COMING TO MY BUSINESS!". I looked at the parking spot and I said, "Well there is no sign here." His reply was, "SO WHAT! THIS IS MY PARKING SPACE - YOU CAN'T PARK HERE!" At this point I started to walk off (as I don't argue with fools, it f*cks up my chi!). As I'm walking off he yells to me, "I'M GOING TO TOW YOUR CAR!" I didn't respond. I went to the restaurant, picked up my order and within five minutes I was back in my car and I left. The point of this review is... Although I was not a customer of his business yet; the manner in which he interacted with me ensured THAT I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF HIS BUSINESS! Not only that, but if ANYONE ever asks me if I know of a photo developing place to go to (which I do not) I will surely mention this place - as one to avoid. Customer Service is a key element to business survival and growth; and customer service doesn't just begin when the customer walks in to your establishment. It begins upon first contact, whether that's in a parking lot or a random encounter in a grocery store. If you're a business owner you should always be in the mindset of providing good customer service because you don't know who your next customer is.
